    Considering that the list price for the Gundam UC Bluray is 5000 yen, $36 is relatively cheap. Plus, if you've seen what anime used to cost back in the day, that $36 is even cheaper in comparison.

    I got the Bluray this past Saturday. It looks even better than the downloaded version I have on my computer.

    That's what I was thinking, Ghost Train. It sounds like Vanille's voice actor is trying to lose the Australian accent, but was clearly not doing too well. To answer your question, dreamweaver, Vanille's voice was played by the same woman that played Nia in Gurren Lagann and Nono in Gunbuster 2. If you've seen either of those, then you know what Vanille's voice is like.

    Ah, yes, I remember that quite a few Robotech comics from the 90s had art that looked like they were drawn by six year-olds. I hate to say it, but even Rob Liefelds artwork was better than some of those Robotech comics.

    My biggest disappointment with the US version of the game is their choice of voice actor for Vanille. She's still my favorite character, but I don't like her weird, inconsistent accent. Her Japanese voice actor sounded much cuter!

    I was hoping for either District 9 or Avatar to win Best Picture, but that's because I'm biased in favor of science-fiction films over all other types of films. The worst part of this year's awards was James Taylor's rendition of "In My Life". Barbara Streisand's outfit is a close second!

    Urusei Yatsura a harem anime? Granted, Ataru certainly wanted a harem, but with Lum around, his chances were nil.

    I plan on trying FF-XIV. I even signed up for the closed beta, which I believe is supposed to start up next week, I think. Going by their application, however, I'm not counting on being picked for closed beta.

    From what I've been reading, modern planes' ammo feed systems are double-ended, meaning that they feed the spent casings back into the ammo drum.

    I don't think the blue skin of the Gamilons will be a problem. The make-up jobs for the Andorians in Star Trek worked pretty well, I think.

    The thing though, is that real-life fusion reactors wouldn't produce the hydrogen-bomb like explosions that they love to do in Gundam. Look at Macross. All the variable fighters have two fusion reactors, but we've never seen a single one produce that kinds of explosions that mobile suits always seem to produce.

    From what I read on AnimeNewsNetwork, the Unicorn Blu-ray will be an Amazon exclusive for the first two months of its release. This makes me assume (yeah, yeah, I know) that after the two months, it will be available through other outlets.

    Can you get Crunchyrool in Poland, Pete? They're currently streaming both the original Gundam and Zeta. Sadly, they're the dubbed versions, though.

    I don't know about the legs, but the pilot's arms don't go into the arms of the female power armor.

    I've only had my current Sentra for about a year and a half, and I've already put about 50,000 miles on it! Curse my daily 90 mile commute!

    Yeah, I think the G37/Skyline coupe is the much better looking of the two. For now, my favorite Z car sis still the second generation 300ZX
