    FT-04X and FT-04T both came with black heads instead of the toon accurate red one that comes with the standard release. I don't know if those decos are to your liking though.

    My latest goodies, I've got a separate larger haul on the way from HLJ too. I'm still mixed on MP-36, not super impressed. Managed to nab these random Dragonball Figuarts for $25 each, can't pass at that price. I am absolutely loving the Mezco Dredd Lawmaster, this thing is a beast! I love it! It's huge, detailed, nicely weathered, and it's light and sound gimmicks are very impressive. I'm late to the party on FansToys Quakewave, but I like him, I couldn't settle for the official Takara Lilac-Wave .

    My four stand alone Halls shipped three days ago already, my MK VI is the US release that's bundled with yet another Hall piece, so I won't see that for a bit. Also, it appears Star Lord is getting a US release, more expensive as usual, and with another un-necessary accessory. With Spider-Man I did the US release, that big wall piece is unique and brand new, I skipped on strange, and I'll be skipping this, he's quite expensive at BBTS, and I don't think purple explosion effects are worth the upped price tag.

    Yeah I see the "nubs" or "notches" you were referring to when I looked at mine, and mine are definitely ALL worn down. As I said before, mine has a common QC issue, those nubs on my barrel are so worn down my barrel just freely flops out of position, so I'll never have this issue due to my copy's defect. As M'Kyuun mentioned, I'd just shave those down a tiny bit, don't go crazy with it and just keep testing it as you take more off. I've never really heard of this issue, that's very odd how your notches were too large and intact, while mine were already worn down and useless.

    Who was asking for this? I know the Beast Wars MPs have their fans, and of course the G1 toon accurate to a fault guys are their bread and butter, but who really wanted MP movie figures? I already have a ROTF Leader Prime and Buster Prime, that's way more then enough MP or high quality movie Optimus for me. He looks decent I guess, not really wowing me at all, he really doesn't look all that different from my chromed up Buster Prime, which even has the chromed transforming tank guns. This line will be an easy pass, I won't even bother with one for curiosities sake, I've got little love for movie stuff, and what I have is honestly more then I actually should have, they had some decent figures from the films, but they were few and far between.

    I said I wouldn't transform mine and yet I did once just yesterday, this may seem like an ass response, but I personally wouldn't recommend transforming him, his alt mode isn't worth it, it's panely and to get it there is a mess, and you absolutely WILL damage the paint on the figure in multiple areas. That said, if you're still looking to shoulder forward, where exactly on the barrel are you? Are you swinging the assembly with his head up and into it's little appropriate opening? Or are you just getting the panels from his back lined up into the beginning sides of the gun itself? Or are you meaning you can't get the barrel to flip down at the very, very beginning on the assembly it is on on Megatron's back? A major QC issue with my copy is my gun barrel is a floppy mess, it isn't stiff in any direction so mine naturally wants to flop downward already. I haven't heard of this issue before personally, but a rule of thumb on this guy is everything indeed does have a place, it just comes down to tolerances. The barrel absolutely should swing down, and I don't remember any reviewers mentioning that section was notched, but I could be mistaken. edit: Also if you haven't already, take the face and chest OFF! I've found that will make transformation a bit easier in certain spots, and that's two less pieces to get scratched and mangled by the transformation!

    Absolutely loved the first one, easily one of the biggest surprises of the year! Can't wait for this, amazing cast, I mean Elton John? This looks like tons of fun and I can't wait.

    I finally got my MP-36 Megatron delivered to work and...I'm unimpressed. I paid $183 plus shipping, and I feel that is a bit too much, I think the roughly $160 plus shipping that the early pre-order people paid is the sweet spot for this guy, and I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND him at the current $230+ pricing, that price is frakking laughable, truly absurd. I got two laughing faces, a commonly reported QC issue, the gun barrel on his back is floppy, another unfortunately reported QC issue, and he has a nice little scratch on his nose. My biggest issue, and I knew about this already going in so it's on me, is that stupid, horrible, awful looking Con symbol on his chest. Takara included a neat chest swap gimmick, you can put on a battle damaged chest from the original animated movie, and yet Takara didn't think to include a chest with a proper, clean and accurate Con logo on it? Seems baffling to me. Not a single other MP Con Takara has released has a symbol like that, it blends with nothing, and I know when I put him next to Soundwave it's going to stick out even worse, I thought maybe when I got him in hand it wouldn't bother me as much, but it's the opposite, he's sitting on my work desk and all I can look at is that stupid ass symbol on his chest. The proportions bug me more in person too, but once again, I knew about all that going in so it's my fault. Legs are a bit too long, chest is too small, head is too big. It's all toon accurate, but unflattering in hand. Another problem I have is Takara taking the wrong notes from Third Party, I REALLY don't want a ton of stupid "that one time in that one episode" accessories, that may do it for some, but like with many Third Party MP these days, I want that money put into the figure itself. All this superfluous crap I probably won't even take out a single time, it's very annoying, put that money in the figure! Unless you've got money to spend, or really, really want him, I can't personally recommend him at the $230+ he's going for now at most sites. I'd wait for a re-issue or re-paint.

    I am loving that Rocket and Groot. But I'm confused, this set is listed as Web Exclusive, so the only way to get a Figuarts Rocket is to buy this set? Is Star Lord also getting a stand alone release? Will Bluefin distribute some of these guys like we've been getting other Marvel Figuarts?

    Every re-issue copy of Soar was misassembled out of the factory, blue and red. But as you've seen FT was quick on it and got new heads out to retailers, I only had to wait a few days after I got the just released re-issue to get mine. Since you have Soar and Grinder, did you swap the gold knee bits on Soar yet for the die-cast ones Grinder comes with? I did, and it isn't a huge difference but I like the piece of mind. I don't know if you're a Shockwave fan but I just got a cheap re-issue FT Quakwave, and this guy is pretty damn nice too. I got the "toon" color more or less, not the T or "toy" release in the dark purple. I'd recommend him, I couldn't stand the look of the TT one, and Quakeblast is too dark in my opinion, he's like the FT toy color Quakwave, definitely toy accurate, but not for me.

    The fourth and final season, oh boy. I can't wait either, it's been an great ride, this show has been phenomenal in my opinion. I'm guessing everything will lead to Scarif? We know Hera and Chopper make it there, but everyone else is off the table. At this point I've given up on my Snoke being Ezra thing, I'm guessing all this Outer Region stuff that popped up in the new Thrawn book and other written media is where the remnants of the Empire picked up Snoke after they got trashed in EP VI, at this point I see Ezra and Kanan falling to Vader. Ahsoka is returning too, and I'd guess either Vader finishes her too, or she goes Grey Jedi like Luke in EP VIII and goes into exile or something.

    Don't know if you do third party or not, but Fans Toys is making FT-10 Phoenix, their take on an MP Skyfire, and he looks really promising! I'm just a bit worried I'll get MP-36 in, then TT announces a "toy" repaint, with silver paint and the proper red highlights throughout. That's the deco I would love on this mold, and I'm fairly certain they will do it eventually, if not a toy deco first then maybe that gold repaint that they did for MP-5.

    That's great that you like him! I might too once I get him in hand, but this comes off as very odd... Like you said, he's not perfect, and he's obviously not going to be for everybody, especially those not into the hardcore toon look TT is going with now. And that's not really why I buy toys, I never had G1 Megs as a kid or watched G1 growing up, it was slightly before my time. Also, if the paint is chipped out of the box or just after some posing as some people are reporting, or he has multiples of the same face and is missing one, that's definitely a problem with the toy.

    My MP-36 is on the way along with MP Coronation Starscream and FT Quakewave, yes, after bitching about the aesthetics and what-not like I always do I got an MP-36 anyway. I'm totally prepared to be underwhelmed, and I doubt I'll keep him, but he is a decent mold, he's just covered in questionable paint and that stupid animation accurate and yet an animation error Con symbol on his chest, that will never escape my mind. If Takara could include a battle damaged chest, why not a clean, accurate Con symbol chest? His stupid Con logo doesn't match a single other official MP Con figure, it's so, so, so stupid. As for Coronation Starscream, he's pretty much just a regular MP Starscream but with the cape and crown right? His reissue was fairly cheap so I bit, I'm getting the YM KOs for Thundercracker and Skywarp, there's zero chance I'm paying Takara's idiotic prices for the MP seekers. I watched a couple reviews that compared MP Shockwaves, Takara definitely looked the worst in my opinion, that color is bad, and his legs, and feet in particular look terribly thin. Plus, that price is frakking dumb, like wow Takara, get a grip. Quakeblast looks really, really good, and he's covered in that gorgeous paint, but it's just too dark. If Quakeblast was available in a lighter shade of purple I'd be on him in a second.

    Looks crappy . I have a thousand questions and I'm guessing the film won't answer a single one. Is Megatron just going to get a new design for every film? I didn't even know the Dinobots were in this, I figured, as usual, to hell with continuity and we'll never see or hear from them again, but seeing this, I'm guessing Grimlock gets his head blown off by something or somebody. And I guess that was Unicron flying in? I don't even know anymore. Glad to see they dropped Marky Mark's daughter, her, her boyfriend, and the whole statutory rape thing was unbelievably awful in the last film, I can't believe nobody stopped and thought to remove it entirely.

    Looks like tons of fun, I can't wait! I still think Thor's films are the weakest of the MCU, but it looks like Marvel realized that and injected some extra life into this one, plus Banner's exile is looking like it will be a fun time!

    Star Lord looks pretty good, I need him, and all the other Guardians. I'm actually glad I missed Spidey at HLJ, I grabbed one from BBTS instead, that wall accessory is nicer then I expected, I'll take it! Not like cancelling at HLJ would've been difficult but still, now I don't need to camp their site every hour to wait for an opening.

    Meh, Alphonse looks pretty good, Edward still looks terrible. He still looks like a little Japanese kid in a very, very, very, very bad wig.

    Got a couple more things in, I'm very excited to get my hands on both! NY sent me one of there little extra shipping invoice charges for Guntank, not much, $10, but still annoying. Not too annoying now, this is a pretty damn big box. I forgot all the bits and bobs that come with Guntank, it's a pretty neat setup with the diorama background.

    Lots of reports of paint chipping and scratching on MP-36, very unfortunate, but expected due to the insane transformation. Apparently putting the suppressor on all the way is a guaranteed way to damage the paint on the barrel, also it seems his head is getting some nasty scratches and scrapes due to transformation. I'm not getting all the praise for the transformation I'm seeing on TFW2005, people are clamoring like it's the second coming of Transformers or something. His transformation doesn't look any easier then any of the current 3P options, the transformation was always going to be a mess, his bot and alt are just too far off to do it clean and easy. A bit baffled I haven't received anything from HLJ yet, I guess they are really taking their time with the orange plugs.

    I'm not too sure on that. I paid $68 shipped for mine, which was pretty reasonable in my opinion. She seems to go for that on average wherever you can find her. which once again isn't too unreasonable, compared to Ryuko who was going for $150-$200 on average, Max Factory may skip on reissuing Satsuki because she isn't too hard to find yet. Either way, nice to get Ryuko for $43 retail instead of $150.

    I really, really need to stop buying these One:12 Collective figures. I budgeted for Punisher, I was always getting him, but these others were sort of impulse buys, but they're damn nice impulse buys. Joker is on the way too, plus the black suit Shadowland Daredevil... Grabbed a Figma Kill La Kill Satsuki as well, with Ryuko Matoi getting rereleased I can finally have the duo. Hi-Metal R M&Ms complete!

    Then it would just get cancelled, the curse of Summer is very real... I don't know how to feel about this, WW and Justice League could both be terrible, this seems like putting the cart in front of the horse yet again. Maybe figure out your already questionable and not entirely stable films before announcing others. I mean, is Flash even coming out next year? Does that movie even have a director anymore? Whedon is nice, not nice enough for me to drop my skeptics, all of these live action DC films have been crap shows and I'm just not seeing any reason to get optimistic or excited just yet.
