    That is why I pre-ordered one. I highly doubt anyone else will dive in to the Mac II toy arena anytime soon. All I can say is if you are on the fence and still want to make sure you can get one if you lean on that side, make a pre-order somewhere where you can cancel it easily without any hassles.

    Finally right? When I first got my PS4 I tried to pair my PS3 remote and failed miserably lol.

    Yeah, I placed my order just in case. Looking over the pics there are a lot of things to complain about right now. I am wondering if these are the final product pics though, looking at the landing gears they look like hard plastic without any sort of actual wheel. I'm not even sure if the cockpit will open up and the pilot looks unpainted in these early pics. I'm also not seeing a rotating thigh joint either and the scram jet hinges still look unsightly to me. I almost think this could have been better as a Fighter only toy, so they could get the lines right and avoid that hump on the back. At least the kite looks like the right one.

    I hope I don't regret it either. I also chose HLJ because you get good customer service and I can cancel via the user dashboard if I decide to. It is kinda strange how it looks worse in color, but I am maybe hoping for better pics later, we'll see I guess.

    LOL, looks like the holiday constipated the market for us that order via the web. I was freaking out for a couple of days there, I guess I'm a true addict. *Edit* Got my shipping notice from HLJ.

    I am totally fine with the default Mac+ scheme, but I wanted to know what choices there were before finalizing it.

    Whew, I was freaking out waiting for that payment request from HLJ and finally got it. There were a couple of times I was getting twitchy fingers and almost did the NY thing but the extra they were charging made me wait lol. At that price I knew they would sit in stock. Also the response Anubis got from HLJ made me feel better.

    Yeah I'm OK with a later release date. This years pre-orders were slow during Q1, but damn now my radar screen is full.

    Hey spanner, a tip I once read: Pick up as many cheap kits as you can and practice on those. There are plenty on the market, and it sounds like something I would do before I started customizing my higher end toys with no previous experience. I have a random cheap gundam kit a guy at work gave me because he did not want it anymore. I will use that when I get the itch.

    I can agree with the Arcadia statement too, it could use 2/3rds more tampo. Not really a fan of stickers really. Arcadia could have supplied some water slides to satisfy most of us I guess.
