    I don't know Valhary's source of that markings image, but I prefer it over the mass markings on this one. Still glad I got 2 of em . I still hold to 1/3rd less markings would have been an improvement. They also went crazy on the nose with tampos. I think in some pics I also saw some that said "Step" on the back of the fighter somewhere.

    The difference is that the F/A-18 says "Jet Intake" on the triangle and then the one in the center of the triangle says "Danger" I thought the VF-19A says "Danger Intake" on the triangle and then says "Danger" in the center of the triangle. Seems super redundant to me... The one you posted makes much more sense.

    I did the same exact thing because of CC processing issues and did not want to risk not getting it due to payment issues...

    I also pointed that out in a previous post. I don't get why they put it inside of the diamond shape.

    Oh that's the other thing, they accept PayPal but don't want to play by the PayPal rules. So if you do submit a dispute, 9 times out of 10 your account is blacklisted.

    He most likely cancelled his order. Some of the sites in Asia can be harsh when you cancel orders.

    Pre-order will be a breeze for those. No Bandai super rush affair. They basically leave it open until it gets pretty close to production time.

    It seemed it was more than just the box art. The promo pics on the sites you order from also had these images.. Questionable ethics for sure.

    Yeti, I will wait until I am sure of what I want to do for display cases before I really take the dive in on these awesome display stands. Spanner, no I have not posted up very many pics. I have never posted pics of the whole thing either. I tend to just keep my list in my sig for reference. Most of them are actually in their boxes stashed in every place I can find around the house lol. I really want to display them all one day when I get the right displays setup, Detolfs are just too small for all of this stuff. I have found some really nice cases in China but they are large and require a minimum order quantity. I would love to arrange a group buy on something like that but the logistics would be hell.

    Yep, I would call and try again, then get denied, call and then try again, then get denied.. and so on. I have also made a ton of purchases there in the past, I don't know what gives.

    Yeah I ended up doing the HLJ June pre-order window. I kept having problems with my CC processor on CDJ for some odd reason. Every time I tried to make a transaction go through the security would deny the transaction then lock the card. I went around and around with the CC customer service and fraud dept and spent like 5+ hours on it. I ended up giving up and cancelled that order as I knew it would most likely happen again and went with the HLJ one.

    I did not have my Paypal merchant agreement billed yet from HLJ, I did actually cancel my order from CDJ to go with the one that opened up on HLJ. I hope I did not miss out or HLJ runs out of stock. I was having problems with my bank denying all of my Visa payments to CDJ even after spending massive hours with them on the phone and them "Correcting" the problem to only be rejected 3 more times...

    I know but it was such a shame for the v1's to be so bad in the "new era" of higher end Macross toys.

    Coming from Saburo, that is a high praise statement.

    Personally I love my Yamato SDF-1, the thing holds together in cruiser mode. I wanted a Macross quarter until I saw people jamming cardboard in gaps just to keep cruiser mode straight, also the colors were not correct. I would prefer Arcadia to release it and swap out the proper parts and recolor it.

    Did NY run out of this? I had that happen once and I e-mailed them and placed another order.

    So that part is not molded tan? Seems it would be and the the accents applied to it. Both of mine are still sealed in the boxes so I have not touched this one yet.
