There are two payment options for pre-orders. If you want to pay later you have to choose the method of payment PRE-ORDERS ONLY. In this case, you don't have to pay anything at the time of order. You will receive the invoice 2 to 3 weeks before the official release (you can pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Bank Wire), then you’ll have until one day before the official release to pay the full amount.

To contribute a little bit to the confusion I can say that that song isn’t even supposed to be a Minmay song but an old Protoculture one –that could’ve existed with or without Minmay IMO. -
