It will. As far as I can tell the F variant that has been recently shown is nothing more than a S with all the white stripes painted on top of the yellow ones + a painted 3D printed head.

I'd say it's just the lighting or the camera settings. The colour didn't look that light in previous pictures.

The cover art picture as seen before and a version of the same with corrected perspective: It's now evident that the drawing comes from the official line art as can be seen here. So yes, the wings are straight out, but whose fault is it? Blame Kawamori Line art source: Macross Mecha Manual.

Well, the v.1 DX VF-25 was Bandai's and the VF-0A is ancient history, so no I mean more like the more recent VF-19 and VF-17.

Note that the photographic technique does not allow double foreshortening without showing serious distortions; so a photo taken at an angle of a perspective drawing can't give an accurate picture of the actual proportions. I certainly wouldn't base my opinion on that photo of a drawing. Also, it’s fairly evident that Yamato do nothing these days without Mr. Kawamori’s supervision at several stages of development; so because the angles of wings and fins are a detail so evident, I would say this is how he wants them to be.
