    Was hoping that maybe they had made a "mistake" on either one that had actually resulted in the correct paint applications... Note my VF-1A Standard Type's rear stabilizers.... ...take a look at the leg KC sent me to correct the busted leg on my VF-1J Standard....it's a VF-1A leg with the rear stabilizers printed incorrectly for a VF-1A Standard.....unfortunately, the "brown" used for the VF-1A Standard is not the same shade used on Kakizaki's VF-1A.... ...and ultimately, the stabilizer was incorrectly painted on the VF-1J Standard....or at least on my copy.... It's these little details that KC often screws up...well, besides the numerous QC fails...

    For anyone that purchased either the Kakizaki or Max KC VF-1A....did either one come with the correct paint application to the rear stabilizers? Meaning....colored part at the front...while the back part being white....like the VF-1J's rear stabilizers...red, then white? Only reason I ask is because I am wondering if a corrected batch was made after the initial run....

    Out of the three...only the Max VF-1A came "more or less" free of defects.... I wonder if the VF-1J is a 2.0 or 2.X?

    If it gets made, as a PT toy, it's likely only to be from Bandai....I hope it eventually does get released

    These have actually been the best Macross releases....if anyone is just curious about the KC VF-1 but balked at the prices....this is a good chance at picking up some for cheap...
