^^I'm a huge TNG fan also, jealous!! But I kind of gave up on buying anything that doesn't transform. I don't have anymore space for shelf queens anymore. The Graves designed E is the best ship design ever.

Agree with you here. Like it better than the Alto, I don't need anymore white w/red trim Valks. It was also in the show, which is a plus in my book. Just paid for my Ami Ami invoice. Came out to $160.38 through paypal.

Got the VF-19S in the mail as well. I picked it up from the post office and mine said $20 value also (from HKC). Quickly inspected it and nothing is wrong. This valk mold is insane, blows the DX out of the water. Great detail and quality. And got it at the Bandai DX price point too. So stoked about this pickup. Glad I waited!

/SOLD OUT Oh I'm glad I sold my VF-27 v1 BEFORE these pics came out. So does everyone pretty much do the same thing on preorder nights and just not sleep? Sucks being on the west coast. Well with the price I sold my v1 at, I could probably just preorder at NY the next morning anyway and still come out ahead.

Am I the only one who will think that even if Yamato or Bandai makes a renewal of a renewal, people will buy it? It's just the matter of putting your old one on ebay and buying the latest and greatest version. "If they make it, people will buy it"

It was on the homepage guys. No prob. I tried it a couple days ago and it didn't work on USD$. So I emailed the siteowner and he fixed it a couple hours later. I grabbed a VF-19S Emerald Force for $162 shipped!

One per mold/transformation kind of guy. Screentime doesn't really mean much to me as long as the toy and engineering is good.

OK thanks guys, I ended up preordering twice for another valk, One in yen and another in USD. I wanted to see which one was cheaper months down the line. Looks like I'll have to pick now which is the best bet and cancel the other one.

If I need to cancel a preorder on NY, will they just let you if you email them? Or do you have to wait until your 15 days to pay "times out"?

I just emailed NY to change to yen but seeing as I only pay thru paypal I don't think it was a good idea. I may be paying more that what I was locked in at originally. I know my cc's exchange rate is better but they usually charge me a conversion fee at the end of the billing cycle.

How is it that the NY still has preorders available for the VF-25F and RVF-25? $200 is still a great price compared to $300+ on ebay. Looks like demand has waned a bit. Everyone must have theirs by now.

Can't seem to get past the "pay later" button on NY. Keep on getting this message: Hack attempt (Cart -> id_currency is empty) I tried switching the currency and also used IE and chrome, but no worky. Anyone else get this error?

I finally got a super parts set for my Alto v1. The included stand works great for battroid mode. The stand doesn't work good for fighter mode w/o super parts installed unless you put down the rear landing gear (but it looks kind of funny). I began to install some of the super parts and didn't want to risk scratching the wing paint from trying to slide on the huge wing boosters (clearance is tight) so I put them back in the box. I only bought the set for the stand anyway.

IMO the only way to gauge true value of something is to see a completed auction price that started at 99 cents w/o reserve. Those BIN auctions with outrageous prices cater to window shoppers where money is no object or who have done little homework.

I used to really want a 1/60 YF-19 until the VF-25/27/29 came out, they look so much better proportioned in fighter mode, that the YF-19 truly looks one generation older. The rear end is so bulky, the neck is long, and the pilot sits far forward. Maybe someday for me.

Nice, I ended up with a v1 Alto sealed box for around the same price. No complaints here after multiple transformations as long as you know up front what the downsides are of the v1. I do handle the toy with the extreme delicacy like I'm defusing a thermal detonator. . . But it works for me. I wish I had the super parts kit just for the stand but I can settle for a flightpose.

so I assume you won the auction on ebay? It was used so watch out for loose pegs, stress cracks, and ball joints.
