    My Millia 639 wedding dress was nasty gooey slimy also after years in the display case. I think I just wiped it off with a cloth, maybe some water, can't remember, to long ago.

    This. Luckily I got everything from Yamato I really wanted. The only 3 I don't have that NOW I wish I did are a 1:60 Regult Kit, the brown 1/60 VF-1J Mass production type and the VT-1. Other than those..I'm a happy camper that thankfully doesn't ever have to resort to panic buys or ebay rape.

    Macross Toy---Either the SDF-1 or the VF-4G. Don't remember which was technically more. Both around $380 I think. Totally worth every penny though. Non Macross...1:1 Master Replicas Luke Skywalker ROTJ ELITE Edition Lightsaber #327/750. $850 (and that was used but like new 5 years ago)....and I will be buried with it.

    This thread is very interesting. I've always been very impatient and want to work with parts right after I finish painting. It's gotten me into trouble before. Sounds like I need to chill and let things cure for an absolute minimum of 24 hrs. Whether it be enamel, acrylic, or coats of FFP or whatever.

    Finished up my "Falcon Junkyard" parts and put them around Docking Bay 94...just waiting on my acrylic cover to come now. Today I learned airbrushing Flat Coat Sealer pretty much washes off fine pastel chalk weathering...had to start over pretty much...LOL?? p.s..had to take most of these with the flash on..the weathering colors don't look that bright in normal room lighting!

    Weeell... While the VF-4 is truly epic.....at least the 19 doesn't have missiles that fall off every time u pick it up.....just sayin....overall though it is really hard to choose the best of the two. Just my .02. Ohh sweeeeet!!! That was 1500 posts !!!

    WHOAAA!!! Hoooooold up....how do I get my hands on that GIANT FAN LINER toy??!!! As someone who grew up watching Robotech and I have most of the toys that came out back then, I never ever remember seeing any of those in stores.... were they ever actually manufactured? Those commercials are epically bad however....good stuff
