ohhh.. ok, I see what you mean now, I as well, got the PE parts, the decal sheet and glow in the dark sheet from a member here years ago. I only used the PE parts on my assembled toy version. My 1st time with PE.. LOL.. that was interesting. What I also did was chop up and use old water slides from Star Wars kits to get tiny black, white, red and yellow rectangles and just went crazy putting them randomly all over the SDF-1. Came out great.

Not so sure about this. I've had Yamato 160 Ver2 valks that I have had stickers on for years now, since the line began with absolutely no signs of coming off, and i have never flat or clear coated any of them.

I did my 2nd transformation to Gerwalk as well putting on the Missile Parts, and I still have to watch the Jenius video to do it, but I don't mind the Drakken transformation, it is complex, but somehow strangely satisfying to me...not like certain VF-171's of the past...that i would prefer to hurl against a wall rather than transform again...

thanks nyankodevice! The Tamiya snow effect was a bit messy, but kind of fun to use. Not cheap though! $15 for a small container of it. I used over half on my base and I spread it pretty thin.

Ohh, I agree, it's not done to the level of a professional modeler and indeed even some of the super talented guys here, all I'm saying is, I would be willing to pay Arcardia's Premium Finish prices for their 1/60 Ver2 Valks IF they were detailed up to something along those lines. As it is now, I think the premium finish line is a total ripoff.

You know..... if Premium Versions from Arcadia looked like THIS out of the box ... I would gladly pay for them, because that way they could claim to produce the ultimate Valk to date...

Bandai 1/144 AT-AT complete. Tamiya snow effect, along with an old Micro Machine snow speeder I had from many years ago, not perfectly scaled, but close enough!

Fiiiinally humidity and temperatures have dropped enough to actually enjoy being out at the paintbench! Hopefully gonna wrap up the AT-AT round 2 project today! Tamiya snow effect (1st attempt) base forthcoming...

Ooooh! Looks great Spanner! Nice use of the Flightpose stand! I didn't remember they had extra holes for the LilDrakken arms???...or did you custom drill those?
