    Do yourself a BIG favor and don't watch either. Turned it off in the middle, vapid, boring, and stupid - and the those are the complimentary things I have to say about the film.

    My definition, take an Austin Powers movie and replace the jokes - you have a Bond film.

    When I saw the steering wheel was on the correct side of the car I was happy, all else was gravy after that.

    Just read a rant on another site (CNN if anyone cares). In a nutshell the guy was upset that he went to see a James Bond movie and ended up seeing a James Bond movie... WHY do they allow such idiots to post things I do not know.

    Well, he was for an episode or two - and then they totally hosed the character. That said he still has my favorite line of all time "Ah Worf, EAT any good books lately?"

    An ST dodge at best, bad places are outside the Federation - even though all the people there are humans from the looks of things. There are other examples, The loony bin in the original series, Harry Mudd (need I say more about there being no money?), the prison planet in the original series. Gene tried to come up with a society without money or crime or (internal) war and found out that it made for BOOOORING tv.

    Greatest American Hero is probably a good candidate for a Reboot. The original kinda tried to tell an ongoing story with the hero getting used to the suit but TV at the time would not allow a continuing plot like that. Now they can use the whole season to handle an ongoing plot.

    I see two possibilities. 1 - They are going to try and use this show to jump start their online channel. 2 - They are thinking the show will not appeal enough on TV to be worth the time slot. In either case the budget for the show will give a good clue.

    The aliens are in different factions as well, you start killing the wrong ones and you got ALL of them mad at you.

    All this talk of Alien 3, my friend's review was this one line "A study in Mauve". I think he nailed it.

    I'll most likely watch it. Need more info of course.

    Only remember "Family Dog", I made my kids watch that one a couple years back and they loved it too.

    They are focusing on her character WAY too much. If your character is not named Rick, Daryl, the kid, or Rishone and the stories seem to start focusing on you, better call the agent!

    I get the feeling that Carol is not going to last much longer...

    Moontrap, oh how I laughed at thee... Loved the shuttle launch and everyone is moving around with not the slightest hint of gee forces.

    First Monday matinee will have plenty of empty seats no matter how well it does.

    Can't argue with that, but I was laughing at it most of the time (and that is not a joke) and I don't think it was meant to be a comedy.

    Too true! Watching some of the Hartnell and Troughton series are downright painful at times, some of Pertwee's suffer as well, but by the middle of his run they stopped padding them so badly - there was the occasional stinker still however...

    You just gave me a flashback to the latest Three Musketeers movie, I turned it off before it was even halfway through.

    I like how the Doctor is older but acts younger while the last Doctor was the youngest ever but acted older. I also like the slower pace of the two parters - being a Who fan from the late seventies it is like a blast from the past.

    Spider man, Spider man Its time to re-boot Spider Man First was "Toe"-be-Maguire his first was good but the rest got worse now we! need a new Spider man Next up was that Andrew guy even his first film was not so fly then came his second and it was really really really a dud now we! need a new Spider man Now the third - Spider Man is some guy named Tom Holland Yes this... is the new Spider Man... Is he good, we don't know - but Marisa Tomei is Aunt May So I... Will go see Spider Man....

    Somebody took all the shots of the crew looking at the viewscreen (and their facial expressions...) while playing the "dialog" from a pron movie...

    Was he jumping up and down on the couch while doing so? On a serious note - so far I have liked all the MI movies except some parts of the first one so will be happy to see another.
