    Looking back at the Yamato, I do think the DX neck is an improvement....well maybe lol Would need to recheck the Arcadia ver.

    I thought they forgot a piece for the head/neck, but that appears to be the design. From some angles it seems to be an abrupt drop off.

    Just resin kits for the Tread. Imai did a prototype but they had financial issues and it was never released-see the Mospead thread and search for "Imai"

    Thanks for posting the assembly video, it looks like a fun build. I'm amazed no glue for something that large. I understand some of the dimensions aren't ideal holding to the line art, but I still like it a lot, just as there are many variations on every release of the basic VF-1. I can't wait for the Nousjadeaul-Ger which HAS to be coming up next-in DYRL style to match the Quead.

    I appreciate the effort in calculating the actual number of pixels X*Y used as a measurement for acceptable picture sizes to post(it is pretty funny and ingenious )but the forum software is not that smart. We can only put constraints on width and height with simple limits. Otherwise someone could post a 10 pixel wide pic but have it 190000 pixels tall and still be accepted...and that would involve a LOT of vertical scrolling to get to the next post Shawn

    Just to assist here- As camera quality has greatly increased over the years, the picture sizes have too. Remember all the user posted content on this site sits on the one little server-just a teeny thing tucked away in some corner of some datacenter. We are have about 160GB of pictures on the server over the last 20 years, with a big increase lately due to better tech. So this is just a simple 'ask' from the staff to try and limit super large pics for non Macross items to reasonable sizes and quantities. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!! The Management

    Found an ad in a recent magazine 80's Magazine win which advertises the July 1st 1984 DYRL preview screening and how to apply to the lottery for it. The follow up to this lottery promo was this letter which was presented to one of the winners. Pretty neat to make the connection of an offer and a redemption from 40 years ago

    The video was posted, Fujimi starts at around 20, and after watching this (auto-translate closed captioning!) I feel really positive about this new design, he really seems to care about all the dimensions and balance of the vf-1. I was very surprised at the amount of depth they are considering in the very small design.

    Wow!!! VF-11 with booster and the Milia kit are very unexpected! The pricing on the Milia kit is surprisingly high, but then I see it is a Resin kit. Very surprising.

    Thanks for the patience, we are back! I noticed the server was acting a little funky, did a disk check and the smart alarm said 24hrs before failure So did a fresh backup sync, had the hosting company replace/clone the disk, and now we are back online again. The disk failed after 7 years running with 128TB written, the TBW endurance was listed at 120TB, so that was spot on. I'm quite amazed. Shawn

    Not sure what to think, my initial thought was this has been done before-and semi recently with the super details Tomytec 1/44 lineup Maybe this is just putting their toe into the pool to see temperature? I do imagine it would sell more than a Focker themed lobster at least
