    The Pose+ makes me wanna look at past protos of theirs to see any deco differences between those and their released figures. I don't think they usually go this overboard on tampos, so I'm curious why they did so here.

    I’d been hearing that the FDM printers were getting better and glad to see your having good results.

    I finally got a FDM 3d printer recently and decided to put it to the test. I'm printing out parts for a X-9 Ghost, I'm pretty happy with the results so far. The parts have come out quite smooth without the usual ridges/stair-stepping I would see on older printers. Almost as good as a resin printer, imo, but without having to need a separate ventilated space or having to deal with toxic chemicals and fumes. Can't wait to have this put together and painted.

    More progress on the 1/72 shuttle: Stand is pretty much finished now; also finished the thermal blankets on the OEM pods: Still working on the tiles for the bottom; had to fill in part of it because the lines went off on bad angles: Yeah, it's kind of messy; I give up on trying to do any "clean" builds: More mess decals: Finished spacelab: Trying to source parts for a poseable CanadArm; we'll see how that goes. Meantime, finishing work on the Top Gun F-14 (not too happy with it but I'm not redoing the b*****d again. 😠 If it sill looks too dark, I'm painting the friggin' thing like an ice cream truck!!! I also need to photograph the 1/537 former cutaway TOS E, but I've just been unmotivated to do that.

    Was transforming back to fighter mode from battroid where it was left when I first got it and the joints are still strong 👍 And I just realized another change they made. The entire shoulder assembly seems to be modified. The most obvious difference is the "peg" is now angled instead of straight, and the metal shoulder itself seems to be slightly of different shape. Don't exactly know what they did, but I guess it did the trick as the new shoulders are still sufficiently tight on mine. Edit: Didn't realize how I missed this the first time, the new shoulder also has an additional screw

    I'd still recommend watching R1 before Andor, since the closing shot of Andor is the perfect final note for the experince IMO. No, there was just someting in my eye...
