    Thanks, sir! This one only came with stickers, much to my chagrin. If you thought trimming Yamato stickers was bad, well, that ain't got nothing on these massive Bandai stickers. Bandai really has something against waterslide decals.

    Yeah it's the 1/100 kit. Now that you mention it, I should have posted it in the model section since it's technically a model kit, even though I think of it as a toy.

    Dusted off the old YF-29 Ranka itasha version I built years ago. I know itasha schemes aren't for everyone, but I happen to love them. I still hope that Bandai releases that white Mikumo itasha SV-262 in DX format because actually building Bandai Macross kits is anything but fun.

    Oh, I'm not looking to build a full hangar set like what Saburo has. I just need enough parts for a floor and background for the occasional photo. So I can photograph something like this with a hangar-type background: If I wanted a full hangar set, I'd probably follow @tekering's example and just get a Macross factory set and a bunch of Wave hangar parts, which are much cheaper. But then where would I put such a thing? lol

    Thank god for the internet. Don't buy anything with the Robotech label, folks. Well, maybe now we can find out what happened to Admiral Hunter and see a clone of Zor bang "Minmei" and become his own father. Hope I didn't "spoil" the ending to Robotech for anyone.

    I'd like to hear how it works out for you as I'm also interested in these. But I don't how many I'd need to chain together to make a large enough floor & background for 1/60 or larger photographing.

    Thanks, but still not anywhere close to yours! I'll get around to upgrading from my phone and getting a real camera one of these days. Here's one taken a little while back using my ancient 10 year old camera, from before I even had a smartphone.

    Seeing my old VE-1 pics I thought I'd compare them with current pics. I didn't even have the Fiskars mat back in the distant past of several weeks ago.

    LOL I wish I had bought 4 to begin with. But 5500 is much better than the usual 8000 they go for on Mandarake.

    Already saw the movie twice on opening weekend so passed on the re-release. Don't need another round of bladder endurance testing but I really hope it does well and kicks Avatar off the top spot.

    Pretty sure Bandai is just using a dartboard to decide which VF gets the DX treatment next.

    I don't think the boosters will fit on a standard VF-1 but you can definitely swap out the front section with a strike cannon or missile pod.

    Received notification from NY that the release for Chuck is 7/20. My first reaction was "Wait, I have a VF-31E preorder at NY?!" followed by "Oh it must have been before they implemented that stupid ticket number BS."

    DS9 was and still is the best Trek series ever, hands down. Voyager and Enterprise are what I use to relieve my insomnia.

    Picked up Eva 01 at EE. Damn you guys! If I hadn't already ordered 02 at Bluefin I would've gotten it at USA Gundam with the discount coupon. Damn I should have waited. Next time, baby.

    About halfway through on my VE-1. Still need to work on all the attachment parts... I'm so glad Yamato/Arcadia didn't cheap out and gave us wings with hardpoints. In the land of unarmed Elintseekers, the one-gunpod'ed VE-1 is king.
