I’m still waititng for the Arcadia VT-1 and the VF-1D... And the VF-1A Hikaru...

I would have to disagree. Bandai, in their Hi-Metal R line, didn’t bother to put the proper TV arm super parts on the TV Max and Miria which is definitely a short cut for them. Yamato/Arcadia, on the other hand, are fanboys. Differentiating the TV from the DYRL by producing and releasing TV arm super parts for the, well, TV Valks. But then again Bandai already has plans for the TV and DYRL Super and/or Strike parts. So they will probably have TV Roy with his name on the canopy, a VF-1S TV (yellow/black stripe) Hikaru with his name on the canopy and DYRL Roy... and so on. Unless they decide to cancel printing the pilot’s names for the rest of the line. Oh, and Max’s and Kakizaki’s DYRL VF-1A’s better have mirror images of the the numbers 012 and 013 on their right tail fins...

Don’t forget the SDF Macross ADV dub (around 2007). Dual audio with subtitle option.

Don’t forget to wash your hand everytime you finish one Kitkat.

I was just about to ask about his book...

The pic has been mentioned on the previous page. First post on page 34.

Would love to see Arcadia do the Low Vis in their 1/60 VF-1 line.

Teach them how the shoulders' position should be in GERWALK mode. Caution on extending the landing gears. Caution on the antennae whenever you use the swing bars and whenever you move the head from Fighter/GERWALK to Battroid and back. These are the things I always remind them about.

Which ever comes first!
-
Bandai would not bother with that. I mean look at the TV Max and Miriya sporting DYRL arm super packs.

Still waiting for the VT-1 Super Ostrich announcement...

1/60. Check out jenius’ website anymoon.com. It has a comprehensive list and description of all the Yamarcadia releases. -

I guess... The twist is on the fuselage and chest though. Not on the tip of the nose cone near the hips like in the DX. Thanks for the pix. I might as well watch the whole series and movie again.

That’s ironic. Rumors say Arcadia used pinkish white material to prevent it from yellowing if exposed to UV from the sun. Heheh. But anyway, I still think this release (VF-4A) looks good on its own.

Just a quick question: Did the VF-1, while in battroid mode, ever twist its waist/nose cone in the TV series or Movie? Any screen shot perhaps?
-
Agree. Perfect transformation that has optional ways of of doing so. Unless you consider the removal and installatin of the intake covers as transformation. The HMRs on the the other hand may be considered as parts formers due to installation of the landing gears and replacement of the canopy with heatshields.

I’m glad you enjoy your toys that way. My OCD self just couldn’t unsee the inconsistencies of an off white greyish VF-1A DYRL Hikaru next to a pinkish white Premium Finish VF-1S DYRL Focker. Unless ofcourse Arcadia rereleases the rest of the DYRL skull team. ...... I know, I know. They should release the VT-1 and the VF-1D first.

Looks good on its own. But I wonder if this one would look good displayed with the other 1/60 Arcadia PFs that are not panel lined...
