This was my first upgrade kit. I like the extra height, new hands, and new faces but I'm disappointed in the lack of silver paint details on the new blaster compared to the one included in the regular DK-30 kit. The matrix chain was a nice idea but the implementation was meh as it always hangs facing down.

Hey @Thom hope you got the TIE Reaper when it was on sale.  Walmart and Amazon had it for $10.  In any case I'm having fun collecting the TIE variants.

I’m more of a Spec 2 kinda guy, but wound up seeing this for a reasonable price at an actual store:

Kinda wish I had painted some of the parts before assembling the kit, but got enough workarounds in my bag of customizing tricks to make it still work.

Interesting.. first time hearing of Eureka Seven, and casually looking through the mecha designs, they have a certain familiarity. Never knew this was in Kawamori's resume.
