You can get it for 780 Chinese Yuan (Approx US$112) before shipping if you live in China. If you have relatives or friends who lives there maybe you can ask them to buy it for you. Just factor the international shipping afterwards. Probably like US$50 or more due to its box size. So like @bleecher said, the best bet for now is to preorder it from Gundamit/ShowZStore. It's Free Shipping to the US for US$175.99. US retailers on the other hand need to make money hence the US$200+ price tag.
