The colors are off on roof pillars and around the doors/windows. Its not too bad though, and I'll be keeping him in bot mode anyway, so its even less of a worry. My only real gripe is that it looks like they glued the handbrake on backwards. I know this is the case on some Alt Meisters over in the TFW2005 forum. Meister is nice enough for me that I might get the red version too, but I'll probably wait to see what the Decepticon version will look like. Grimlock is looking pretty nice as well, will definately be getting him because he's the new Mustang and he's Grimlock!!! Final question, any other sites to order Alternators from besides BigBadToystore.com and Walmart.com? I've been ordering from Walmart, but they don't pack them too well (Toy and plastic bag filled with air). My Dead-End came okay, but Meister's box was all crumpled on one corner. Just ordered my Meister from Wal-mart (he came back in stock yesterday! I was so anxious to order him because the last time he was in stock, he lasted for seven minutes!). Now I understand why it was dubbed.....since no new series was created after G1 season 3, I guess the Japs took it upon themselves to continue it. Listening to Grimlock, Blurrr etc in Japanese is really funny. But overall, they stay true to the American counterparts which is cool. Their omission on the Corvettes, when the Vipers had ball joints is quite odd. Looks great though. The only places I've been able to get Hasbro Alternators online has been BBTS and Wal Mart. The local wal-mart doesn't have crap anymore, and it's not worth going there all the time to check. Wal Mart overcharges shipping a little, but it still comes out to under 30 bucks, so that's cool. I got Meister fromWal-mart.com, and Tracks from BBTS. I have Grimlock on Preorder from BBTS as well. I'm taking a pass on Swindle and Windcharger though. If Bin/Alt Grimlock can be a mustang I guess Hot Rod could be just about anything. I wonder what car would make a good Hot Rod? How about a 2005 Mercedes SLK? I Just want an altenator that is able to use his hood as chest like some of the the G1 cars did of course I don't know how they could do it but it would be a nice varietion out of the transformations from the other Alterators. Was Hot Rod's alt. mode supposed to represent 2005 Earth cars or Cybertronian cars? I was thinking Hot Rod/Rodimus was futuristic Earth designs whereas Kup & Blur were Cybertronian designs.
