The movie takes place between Chapter 3 and 4 and will be released in 2024.

It’s an ok movie. Nothing really worth going out of your way for unless you’re a big fan of the series. The action is great, story is flimsy and kinda the usual from this kind of film

I was shocked to see Lance Reddick appear in the trailer. 

Wonder if they will use an AI or some clever edited backcuts of him.

I read his scenes were filmed before his death, as this movie has been in production for a long time. But I may be wrong.

This was Lance Reddick's final onscreen  appearance.  Ballerina takes place between John Wick Chapter 3 and 4.

I don't know, I read there was a ton of behind the scenes messiness on this one, lots of reshoots, terrible test screenings, it's an okay trailer but anyone can cut together a decent trailer these days. A Wick cameo right in trailer 1 doesn't instill a lot of confidence, and my guess would be he appears at the very end anyway, and it's probably only this scene from the trailer. I'll definitely wait and see for reviews, The Continental also had some cool trailers, and that series was an absolutely boring slog.

Boy they are really leaning on Keanu for the marketing for this, it's as if this weren't connected to John Wick and that universe nobody would care. Also though, they fight? I mean, I guess, we know he's fine so it's going to be totally superfluous.

Looks good and I'm glad the world is building.  Hopefully the Caine spinoff gets released.  Maybe after a few movies this will be the JWCU.
