A good review of PGU Nu Gundam, overall it's pretty impressive. As a big fan of Nu Gundam, it hurts to say that I'm going to give it a pass for now. I just don't seem to have the time, energy or patience, not to mention space for this type of stuff anymore.

For me it’s the space and the cash. I’d love to build it, but nowhere to put it and the thing costs way too much money

I don’t remember seeing anything for this one yet, but unfortunately it’s not a standard release.

Yeah, looks they were trying to use the kit to do the old box art justice

It’s basically a production Nu Gundam , you can see it in one of the new previews, I think it’s the one with Gundams’n Roses

Was looking at the prices and the new Messer seems affordable, but that NU production version is almost a hundred bucks for a hg kit before taxes, tariffs and whatever.

To be fair, the kit will be the size of the Penelope.  In lore, the mobile suit was the training unit for the pilot of the Penelope and lacked the Minovsky flight system, hence the thruster overkill.  I only hope the kit will be as solid as the Xi because the Penelope was super loose.  I'll probably wait for reviews until purchasing.

Honestly, the more I look at it, the less I like it. Kinda just looks like a pile of expensive scrap. A very junky bunch of add ons. I do like the production NU, but it’s not worth paying $150 ish just to ditch the ugly junk that surrounds it
