Mog Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 (edited) ^^Aww, FRAK ME! Just tried to access it from Google. . . no luck. Where'd it go? EDIT: Looks like it's already being discussed in more detail here. Edited February 14, 2010 by Mog
Kyp Durron Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Thanks for the heads up, Mog. It really sucks that the site is gone... :-\ -Kyp
ff95gj Posted February 17, 2010 Author Posted February 17, 2010 I Like you see the day yamato make this for us. few years ago I custom a 1/48 version TV FOCKER. heres the photos Thanks alot! Now there is the reason that we need a TV 1S!
EXO Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 I prefer my 1S with the strike cannon, so I can pass on the TV1S... I was thinking about making my 1/48 Hasegawa a TV version... but I still want the Strike Cannon... actually, Focker never even had an FP set on TV so its just an easier thing for me not to think about.
lechuck Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 TV -1S? Sure, but I want it with a Hikaru pilot, not Roy.
sidearmsalpha Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 Yamato won't even make a true TV-style cockpit for the TV Valks they already put out let alone a TV VF-1S Focker with a Focker pilot.
Javabean Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 (edited) I won't be so concern about the TV style cockpit, so long the outer appearance is pure white along with other TV style markings, egs black arrow on the head. I would prefer both Roy & Hikaru pilots be included as well....shouldn't be too difficult job for Yamato to do so, rite? Edited February 17, 2010 by Javabean
ff95gj Posted February 17, 2010 Author Posted February 17, 2010 We have the Hikaru pilot already from the VF-1J... So we should get a TV Focker this time, shouldn't we?
Javabean Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 (edited) ff95gj, you hv a point there, juz only Focker pilot good enough. Make this only a TV Focker 1S man! Edited February 17, 2010 by Javabean
lechuck Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 We have the Hikaru pilot already from the VF-1J... So we should get a TV Focker this time, shouldn't we? Yeah we do, but last time I checked Yamato doesn't sell the pilots individually.
Uxi Posted February 17, 2010 Posted February 17, 2010 I'd like it if they did, though. I'd buy a back of 1/60 pilots and standing figures: TV Roy and Hikaru, Zero/low-viz v1 style, singing DYRL Minmay. Maybe include one or two of these in ground crew sets...

Focker main fuselage color be the same insignia white that Yamato has been using for any of the DRYL Skull Squadron VF-1's. -Kyp
ff95gj Posted February 18, 2010 Author Posted February 18, 2010 DIY is faster than hoping from Yamato... Painting a 1/60 pilot? The best I can do is the DYRL Focker who was smashed to paste.
bluemax151 Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 That just remind me how terrible the ver2 1/60 pilots are. The Milia that comes with the 22 is a massively better sculpt, heck the heads on the old 1/60 pilots are even kind of better although of course they have nothing below the waist.

On the V2, the movie pilots are fairly good but the tv pilots are lacking details. If you look at Minmay figures in vt-1, you will get sick. And yeah, it's still better than V1.
