sharky Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 (edited) Listen to my song! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCmB7BwCmpc Cool, I put in a comment about watching Macross Frontier. Maybe someone will discover it for the first time. Question: Did Mari Iijima ever do a concert like this in the 80s, and if so is it available on DVD now? Edited March 24, 2009 by sharky
Renato Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Yeah, there are a couple of Mari DVDs out. http://www.amazon.co.jp/collage-DVD-%E9%A3...5192&sr=8-3 http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%B5%E3%83%A0...270&sr=1-22 Here's a clip from one which she put up herself.
Renato Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Speaking of Mari, holy crap, look what I found: It's all in Japanese, but here's the jist: This is popular Japanese celebrity Tsurube way back in the day, talking to Mari about menstruation, impregnation by projectile saliva, Van Halen and the Bay City Rollers. Japanese TV at its finest.
Alex Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Nice. Funnily enough lastnight was the first time i've watched Japanese tv in ages. In the mornings i'm always fresh and wide awake. This morning I was exhausted and half dead when I woke up. Japanese tv is just mentally exhausting.

So far, my only copyright issue has been overturned due to Fair Use policies (I used Tiny Tim's "Livin' in the Sunlight" for a video I did for school.). Thank you, tech classes, for teaching me copyright law!

ButzYung Posted May 3, 2009 Posted May 3, 2009 (edited) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFHhlomWbTs&fmt=18 Well, not exactly a music video, but you may somehow consider this a "real-time" and "random" AMV on your desktop... LOL The song used is the Vocaloids version of "Lion". Edited May 3, 2009 by ButzYung
