I second avast, and it's free! Just installed it and it cleaned off 2 viruses that have been in my PC for god knows how long. Wish I could turn off the annoying voice though.

this is old news! (except for the photoshop job, nice work!) What I'm worried about is Voltes was supposed to come out in January but gay crappy Battle Fever Robo will be the next one - you can see a pic of him in the bottom right corner of that magazine. He's getting released in February according to hlj.com. So I don't think Voltes will be coming out until April or so. Just saw on hlj.com that Battle Fever Robo is up for preorder for a February release and is assigned GX-30.. which means Voltes has been pushed back. I dunno if I'm the only one who thinks it but BFR is incredibly ghey. So that looks like Voltes won't be coming out until April or so.

I got those little dudes. The transformation is a bit sad as you have to replace almost the whole damn thing to transform it.. The Tomahawk is awsome. super poseable.

I've seen them in Hobby stores once or twice. And I live in AUSTRALIA, the ass-end of the toy collecting world so you might get lucky in your local area.

I've got one too, not bad, low on detail but nice an sturdy.. If you can get him cheap, then go for it! Otherwise go get a PG Strike.. worth the extra.

haha, I'd pick up Soul of Whatever. I'm a junkie. If my Xabungle doesn't arrive soon I'm going to have to melt my Getter robos down and freebase them. I really want Dairugger.. now that Voltes and Combattler are in the SOC line up my dream inches closer to coming true.

digging up an old thread rather than start a new one.. Does anyone know if the Getter Dragon, Posiedon and Liger are being re-released? And if they will be 'renewal' versions, or just a restock? I saw at hlj.com that they were getting a restock in November, don't know if they found a hidden stockpile or if it's the new version.

Cool, thnx for the link. Well I own a MPC Alpha so I'm prepared to mentally cope with any looseness issues! Are the shoulder weapon problems due to teh cannon being too heavy, or the hole too big or too shallow? Just wondering if I can fix it with a bit of crazy glue around the hole (or peg) to give it some thickness to stay there better. Damn, now I have to go het a HCM Walker Gallier after seeing your cool group shot!

great review!! SOC's are one thing I buy without waiting for reviews, but I was seriously concerned about the Xabungle. For the small price I was thinking it would be tiny. Of course I preordered it anyway. Waiting for it to arrive as we speak.. I think the included snap kit is pretty generous of them. What's the size comparison to the SOC Mazingers?

Forgive me if this has already been asked and maybe it is heresy to ask it at all, but.. I remember years ago when I bought the conversion parts for the 1/55, you had the option of buying the 1D head by itself or with the cockpit and heatshield. For those of us with no money, would you consider doing extra casts of the 1D head and sell it seperately?

do you not have any hobby stores in your area? Any place that sell model kits or modelling supplies will have about 5 different brands. Alternatively, look up online hobby stores. I see you're in California.. doing a Google search I found one in CAL that also does mail orders. http://www.scalemodelindex.com
