  1. I see Gurran Lagann did not include the flight pack. Darn, guess I'll just have to wait some more until the flight version is released.
  2. BoB, I'm guessing you haven't seen the last episode yet? Let's just say the final form was a big larger than the previous forms
  3. Anyone know just how many different revoltech toys from Gurran Lagann there will be?
  4. Love that pic from MAD, and the letter from Lucas to Spielburg was priceless. Not to mention the pic of Calista Flockheart, and the way they want to squeeze her into the movie lol
  5. http://noscript.net/ Best addon for Firefox out there.
  6. You may want to check your system for keyloggers, they are very crafty these days, mousing over an ad will download one in some cases. It also looks like Fraps was hacked too, because people who downloaded it from the official FRAPS site have had keyloggers installed onto their system from the file. Trust me, no one is safe. Are you running Firefox with the No-Scripts plugin? it does help immensely.
  7. Thanks Gogdog, didn't mean to hijack the other thread

    Macross Revoltech

ok, not Macross, but this pic is from the revotech line, and I have no idea what this beast is called. any help?
  10. The TIE Bomber transformer may be the most well proportioned Star Wars transformer in robot form to date. Every other SW transformer has an absolutely hideous robot mode.
  11. I still have the old school YF-21, and I thought it was superior to the old chunky monkey YF-19, and now, looking at this new YF-21, I'm like, "...whoa" Thats a hot bird right there, and seeing that I haven't spent any money on giant robots since the VF-0S, I think I have enough credit with the wife to pick one up
  12. WoW DJ, thats crazy. I don't think I would like it on a private server, simply because I think that WoW is too easy already. Solo Black Temple? yawn. Run it with 25 people and throw in unpredictability into the mix = win
  13. I don't have an actual addiction to WoW (don't all addicts say that?), I just don't watch as much TV as I used to. I still have a full time job, eat dinner with the family, and even take the dog for a walk every now and then. As for raiding, well, thats 3-4 nights a week, but never on Friday or Saturday night, our guild reserves those nights for personal time.
  14. I play WoW all the time - a little too much I think. I log in nearly every day for at least 3 hours, make some gold, do a little fishing / cooking / crafting. Basically, WoW has replaced my TV watching time. My guild raids (10+ people working together to take down much harder monsters for better loot). I have finished the single player part of WoW on my Hunter, and the raid content is really all thats left for me to do. The lore and background behind the raid dungeons is also very interesting.
  15. Looks like a HOT WHEELS: THE MOVIE production
  16. I also dig the reverse saber grip, but it must have been really dangerous to practice lol I don't really have a problem with the uber force powers, but I do have an issue how they will be controlled with a controller.
  17. I voted for Jetfire just because of the chance of another half decent toy comming out of it. Although, I must admit I did have a strong urge to vote for Grimlock
  18. Sadly, no, the Stampede valk is a totally custom job. It completely lacks a gerwalk mode, which isn't a problem when you are carring enough firepower to level a zendrati battle group.
  19. I know, this mod has been in development for ages and ages, but if I know Lestat, he will keep working on this baby until his dying day to get it done. He might get distracted for a while, but hey, don't we all? I remember when I was supposed to be working the Homeworld 1 version of the mod, and a fellow mod member and I had just got our copies of Black & White. We didn't produce anything for weeks until Lestat jumped our case over ICQ to put it down and get back to work. Heh, I haven't played B&W since lol.
  20. I see this show as cut from the same cloth as "Krypto the Super Dog". Exact same animation style, and from the description, exact same show development. Ever watch "Superfriends"? Yeah, picture that, but with worse dialog.
  21. Agreed. I'm not a HUGE yamato buys, but only because every time I buy a product of theirs, it breaks or is in some way malconstructed. the VF-11b was the harbinger to this all. The legs fell off when I removed it from the packaging. "Hmm, this probably won't happen on their later releases, Yamato love its fans." I thought. VF-0S enters the scene. I read Graham's review. Sounds like a nice, solid toy. I get mine in the mail, and despite it being made totally out of plastic (I passed on the 1/48's so far), it cost more than the Die-Cast Mac+ valks. "No prob, there is a lot more detail on this toy." The ball joints on the shoulders are construsted so loose that the arms practically fall off when you have it hold a gunpod, and they won't even support themselves. So I end up paying for a detailed transformable toy only to be able to display in in Fighter mode to hide the limp arms. I was ripped off buy Yamato. I was let down. I would have swallowed the price of the VF-0S if the toy was able to at least be DISPLAYED in all the modes. I could have bought a VF-0 kit from Hasagawa and gotten the same results I have now.
  22. Megatron... the intelligent deception leader reduced to a skeletal dinosaur savage. I can see it already. Megatron will have no brains, just a bad ass brawler. Megs deserved better. He looks way to feral to hold a conversation, let alone order the other bad bots around.
