I didn't think it was THAT Bad, I mean, it had it's clear cut moments of being decent....but you sorta gotta let your imagination run wild on how some of these lil things can be explained. 1) Gigantic Queen? .........WTF? A) She's gotta be a thousand or so years old, kept in cryo freeze for so long, and when she's released you know, she has her lil growth spurts now and than. She's kept alive thru eletric shock therpy and drugs to produce alot of eggs.........but she produced so much. 2) Usually takes a day or so for the alien spawns to rip thru a persons chest....so how come this took moments? A) Well two ways I can think of this......either a) With all the drugs the queen was being pumped full of, it could have caused some genetic manipulation where the aliens grow faster....could also work with why there was a huge queen. or b) I don't think there's a big explination of just HOW LONG they were within the pyrimad. Sure you catch on to the shape changing....but it got lost so quickly afterwards you don't think of it. 3) Predators having big cannon plasma guns.....MY POOR CHILDHOOD! A) They actually weren't THAT big....but it's been so long since I last saw a Predator movie that I can't really say, "Those things grew...." but I do recall that one of those cannons was a bit too big..... 4) 10 years in the making for this piece of crap?! What happened?! A) I think they got too antsy, I mean the movie team was waiting for so long, so many things got hacked, slashed and forgotten that no one really cared anymore probably....thus this piece of poo director comes in and ruins it for us all. 5) No matter who wins, we loose.....uuuhhhhhh A) That slogan was a joke, if you watch the movie of which just about everyone in here has, where did we loose? .........just where? Yeah sure, we LOST alot of human life....but uh........hmmmmm........we loose? Nope not seeing it......how about: No matter who wins, we made money off of YOU! Like I siad the movie wasn't bad, I saw Predator and Alien geeks going "Well that was actually worth the 10 year wait"........course I don't think they really knew what they were talking about.....they were younger than I was.........they were probably still in training pants when the movie was being thought of.....crap most of the people I saw in there had to of been 14-15 years old.......¬_¬ I admit, I was still rather a baby when the second movie came out......but uuuh.......god.....poo....... Another thing is I had to REALLY focus on watching this movie.....like I said a few 15 year olds kept talkin behind me going "Yeah thats bad ass" or "Dude I think that predator wants to bone her." ................I nearly wanted to get up and move closer to the front row but I couldn't...................just about all the seats were filled up. Yep................filled up....

Why should it be a surprise that ADV got an okay from HG? They're practically one in the same.

I just got home, it wasn't bad...I mean.....hmmmmmmmmm it was interesting....it had it's moments of going "WHAT THE HELL?!" which I wanted, and I only wanted 1 survivor and it had better be an human or a predator cause there ain't no way an alien could survive 0_o .........yeah I'll talk about it later

Just thought of something, just watch the episodes with the crappy animation, so that's uuuuh every 3rd episode in a volume set?

The song title is Mou Ichido Love You; Love You Once More You can find this song on a regular ol' Macross II soundtrack, its odd that the soundtrack, the only way I can distrigush the soundtrack is that it has a cover which is a water paint like picture of Ishtar in her Marduk preistess outfit on her lil chair with MACROSS II around it. lyrics can be found HERE Incase your wondering ever, the english version of that song, where it's japanese than cuts into english in the middle as the "climax" cuts in, it does not exist except in the anime, the whole song is in japanese and is 9 minutes long last time I remembered. It was a beautiful song for a wasted anime.

Something just occurred to me, the movie could be worse, Scooby Doo and the Mystery gang could appear ripping off the predatos mask and go "Look it's old man harris!" "I wouldah gotten away wit it too if it weren'dere that dog and dang nabit kid." ...................¬_¬ suspens? you bet

You pick it up pretty easily on how much Lowe is like Vash in the manga, just his whole attitude and taking things seriously one moment than jumping to a "AAAAH! GOD THEY WANNA KILL ME AGAIN!" attitude the next while still in COMPLETE control of the situtation. If you read volume 2, though Lowe got his ass handed to him in a 3 course meal with some desert, he knew quickly that he was facing a coordinator, and by Rondo stealing his sword from him the after effects would be just. Thus, the M1 that he went against needed some heavey repairs on alot of Servo motors in the arm joints Just like vash looking like a goof but could easily read the moves of the person right down to how soon the bullet will hit before it's really even fired. That's just my little take on how Vash like Lowe is...that's what I really meant about Lowe being Vash-esque, lol didn't pay attention that they were the same actor and everything, thought never crossed my mind since I've never heard the Japanese audio of Trigun. I'm gonna try and either hold auditions for the actors, I already know whose going to do Lowe *whistles*.................... don't gimme that look guys I'm better than 99.9% of those so called "actors" we hear in anime. I got alot of VA buddies who are up for the challenge of getting what ever for a role....so it wont be difficult to find SOMEONE for everything. Also I'm going to experiment a bit with making an opening using an edited down version of ZIP, that shouldn't be difficult to edit around I'm a pro at editing music. Thinking maybe I'll use a mixture of Manga images and Animated images...not sure. I WILL KEEP YA POSTED ON THE SUCCESS!

It'd be far better than SEED buddy I'd vote for a series or OVA of ASTRAY. But I did get the Raw version of Red Frame, and I've slowly begun working on the music selection. I wont have exact music but it will be seed music and I do have T.M. Revolutions ZIP song so no worries. Working on voice cast right now, so gimme a week or two and I'll have something good for the masses.

So what if it's original plastic with lil markings on it? It looks perfectly fine to me, I don't think it even looks cheesey, I'd spend triple digit and just BUILD the damn thing outta respect, I don't need to spray paint or air brush every single piece to make it perfect to the last detail....I enjoy it for what it is.

Can't see how that's not good, it's better than what I can do with my Gundam kit....I like how he made it look from plastic to scratched up metal, looks like he used a silver marker or some dried paint and just lightly placed it in random spots.

I placed an order lastnight when I got home....course when they ask for a card verification number.....I guessed on mine.....the numbers are too far rubbed off to really tell. And I haven't even had the card a year....... I blame anime. But I told them, "card verification is aguess, the numbers are too far rubbed off so I'm not sure, any problems please contact me." So there should be no reason why the purchase is canceled that is what I'm worried about is being canceled. I attempted to buy Kareoke Fire from Macross 7, 55 bucks too 0_o .....ugh, and they canceled my order cause the card couldn't be varified.....jerk offs....never buying from that group again. That movie just BOMBED, why dear god did they even make what was it.....Final Dominion or was it Final Dimension........wait wait wait...... WHY DID THEY EVEN MAKE THE SECOND MOVIE?! It was done, over, finished, AUDIOSED!! Why did they even make a stupid series from a B actor name like Adrian Paul who I remember when I was a little kid playing the role of some character in the short lived TV series, "War of the Worlds" which was groooosssssss...... The last 2 movies just sucked I didn't like them unless it had the nudity. But the final one, END GAME, it was like watching a boring 2 hour made for TV movie....and was it REALLY nessessary for them to kill off Lambert's Character? Conor was the best, Duncan was a pussy, and Quintin......well....you only saw him in that lame cartoon show. But yeah, that movie sucked and I got off topic. If Paul W.S. butthole *cough* does end up pushing the release date back, I might be dissapointed, but not surprised. Would you rather see something crap/assed or half crap/assed ? I'll admit, I take this movie with a grain of salt on being "WOW!" but I will give it a shot, I had my doubts on T3 and wasn't too dissapointed. Hmmmm......I remember the rumors of Aliens5, but it's just that.....rumors. I doubt to see that movie or even another Predator movie since it just doesn't have much success anymore. Face it, Aliens got boring after 3, Ressurection was a joke, to much CG and what if's. Predator was excellent when it first came out, but the second was just.....heh. It had no arnold and danny glover is too cop sterotyped now.

¬_¬ but wasn't Shoji Kawamori-san the one who designed the mobile suits with Katoki-san? Ooooorr do you mean that piece of art work of the GP-01 is Katoki-san? I wont disagree that the mobile suits are in the most part ugly as sin and should be beaten or shreded....but it's not our call. And it's like I said in the AVP thread, you can dog it all you want, but save the true judgement after WATCHING some of the new series. I can't see really Bandai "forcing crap" down our throats...theres a supply and demand like any other merchandise...if they think people are going to buy it, they make it, if people buy it, they make more...if it doesn't sell...they either don't produce as many or call it "Limited Editioned" A series can't be continued without some sort of a fanbasis, if the show utterly sucks and gets low raitings like say Sailor Moons live action drama, THAN I would see your point. Bandai would be just milking the BaCOW....... *cough* pardon the pun. But I'm going to agree with what Graham had said about Macross 7, you can't create more to go with a series without there being SOME sort of a fan basis, SOMETHING is drawing viewers to SEED that we might not be picking up on either due to our western culture, or something else.
