Ahhhh, it sounded like you just PO'd one. I was going to find out where so I could too. I didn't particularly like NGE either. I felt like there was something I was missing. Ends up I was missing A LOT. I had to watch a video on the point of the show to realize it was a philosophical discussion on the meaning of what it is to be human/an individual. I'm all about philosophical discussion. Just not as part of my robots fighting monsters show. If I knew that was what I was supposed to be seeing maybe I could have hooked into it a bit more. I'm not re-watching it to find out.

Macross Plus shelf is coming along. Need another Yeti Stand for the 19 Battroid. Gonna need another shelf when the Bandai YF-21 is released. Probably add another 19 in Gerwalk too.

You need hydraulic pistons/shafts for that power loader? PM me some dimensions. I may be able to make you some out of stainless steel. Then you can polish them.

Oh good, another movie that brings a dead character back thus reducing the stakes in the story to nearly zero. Movies without stakes are weak.

Visuals were great. Storytelling and too much/many human character development, not so much.

Good points all. I've stopped using PayPal and switched over to a Chase Sapphire card. that solves a lot of this because the recourse period is a year. I'm going to let it ride with FromJapan.

I knew you were speculating. With the delay my From Japan order will be over the 6mo PayPal recourse period (this seems to be a recurring theme for me). I emailed them asking if I could pay again (re-starting the clock) and them refunding my original payment. They said they couldn't do it. I got the email from them a couple of minutes ago. I'm not sure how I feel about this other than the difference between Japanese and Western customer service is astounding. I don't feel entirely comfortable letting them hold on to nearly $1800 (I have four on order) with zero recourse. I don't know what I'm going to do.

I was about to post exactly this. I PO'd two Snow Whites. I prefer the blue though. Can't make myself spend 50k though. -
If they have a liquidity crisis it will most likely get better over time. The longer the duration, the better their position.
