    I have a LOT of friends/family in the auto industry. Behind closed doors they're saying that this revolution is not going to happen. -There is a huge issue with electric cars. The main one is that if you started making all cars electric tomorrow the Earth would run out of lithium in 13yrs. There is nothing as far as battery technology on the horizon that can take it's place. And that doesn't address the environmental impact of all that lithium processing then disposal. Which is awful. The second issue with electric cars is that even if there was sufficient battery technology there is no infrastructure to support charging all of those cars. And if there was, you would be burning fossil fuel to do it. -Driver-less cars? Hhahahahahahahahahaaha!!! Never going to happen. Even if they got the tech to work (they won't), there is a huge liability issue no one talks about. How is ultimately liable when the car kills someone? The manufacturer? Um, nope. They will never put them selves on that hook. The insurance companies? Um, nope. The "drivers/owners"? Um, nope. No one will ever allow themselves to be liable therefore it will never happen. The above is what most people in the auto industry already know. This electric/driver-less thing is a publicity stunt. This has been brought to you buy a guy who would add a driver-less electric car to the stable in a second. I want one. I know it's not going to happen though.

    Should be. I'm not in a hurry though. I have two Beagle's and two Sentinel's still in boxes still. I'll wait for the official word on all the tricks. Some call me Hammer Hands.

    If it makes you guys feel any better my local post office is so bad that the news channels from around here are doing stories about it all the time. My actual driver is pretty good though. As long as it's not her day off and she has a sub I get everything I'm supposed to.

    I did. But they canceled all of my orders. I'll need to snatch some up when they're released. So far every time I see something get released it's not a big deal to get them. Sure I'm paying a markup, but I already was through NY. I'll most likely get strike packs for less than NY was charging (I didn't have PO). I just picked up five VF-1S's from three different sources.......all less expensive than NY was. And who knows when if ever NY was going to fill those orders. In the future I'll be trying for things PO night. But if I miss out I'm not worried. So far I have been able to get everything for not significantly more than the PO pricing on the release date. For example, I just picked up a MB EVA-02 last night for $20 over PO price. I can live with that. That $20 is worth not stressing on PO night.....in the middle of the night.

    I canceled my NY orders and purchased elsewhere. I'm not playing that waiting madness with them. Especially when there is hearsay that they're already out of stock. The banned me. Screw em. I really don't like dealing with them anyway. Plenty of other shops tat will take my money. I've got a 1/48 Yamato Focker with Strike Packs in fighter mode in my display. Yeah, it's damn near perfect. I'm curious what the DX with all the goodies looks like parked right next to it. Come on strike packs!!!!
