  1. I actually want the battle damaged big KO optimus thing, Weijang thing. They did a great job evolving that evasion prime. BTW i do have the MPP-10, and it is very good. I am not into KOs, but i could not resist.
  2. I have felt this way before. Specially with the first edition 1/60 ever. I still have them...
  3. Why is that? I have to be realistic, and think there might be another offering i can't resist in the future. Nothing is ever perfect, but I know errors happen. I was once a little insensible to the bandai situation, but i just didn't know enough of it before i made my opinion. I made that mistake, and i apologize for it. I know man, hard earned cash goes to these pieces of art, and then this happens... At least itis not like in the dark ages when a chunkey monkey costed 1,200 bucks
  4. Ha, now that i think about it, K-2SO should come with his Gun. I got the Disney Elite version on sale at the Disney store. I got it since it is metal, and a lil' bigger. It should come with his "gift" gun. I am sure they will release it with his gun later on.... maybe battle damaged too.
  5. Thanks for the help Scream Man, I think this definitely means you got a good version of it. I totally can see my issue escaping QC control easily. Unless they transform all of them, i don't see how will they catch this issue. So sad, and this was my first Macross purchase in many years, lol. Anyway, it will be a while before i get to disassemble it. Arcadia! My Yamatos are intact and perfect in every way. crap happens, everyone makes mistakes. I'll forgive you this time Arcadia

Wow, the Spartan flew right under my radar... but it can't fly... I am glad HMR is going the distance.
  7. I still got all of mine. Soon, I'll be posting some newer pictures.... Happy New Year Macross World!
  8. I totally understand Scream Man, but there is a difference between a very stiff joint, and a frozen one. I have broken pens and pencils with less force... Yes I am joking, but this thing is frighteningly stiff. I think the only way to resolve this is to disassemble the joint, and hopefully find out a way to make it work properly. My Yamato YF-19 is perfectly fine in that area. I may have to call James May to reassemble this.
  9. Thanks ArchiNov, I knew i could not be the only one. I will have to disassemble the joint then. I know something is wrong, i've never ever encountered such a tight joint. It is ridiculous.
  10. Tried everything and so far still a PITA to do it. I know it is a hinge right after the leg intake, but somehow the ratchet used prevents the leg to go into fighter mode position. I feel I'm going to break it, and I've never broken a single macross toy ever. I may have to disassemble it and see if I can file down the ratchet mexhanism. I tried to return it to HLJ but they had a 10 day return policy BS I wasn't aware of. I understand it is a hinge, I do push down on it (going to fighter mode), but it is like a rock, and it won't move. Maybe I should repeatedly lose the hinge by doing it several times quickly, but It just wont move. I honestly think this is design flaw. Has anyone else experienced this? I should have bought that armored VF1S instead, arrtgh. I do already have the old Yammie YF19 and i do love the improvements on this toy, but I hate those intake joints with a passion. The yammie got this part right, lol. My luck...
  11. Has anyone experienced problems with the joint right behind the intake? When going back to fighter mode it feels like i am going to break the damn leg. On the Arcadia YF-19...
  12. Meh, i enjoy watching the silly trio. I loved ep 2. A combination of The edge of tomorrow and Groundhog day. I loved it, and while they are escaping they still managed to review the Audi S8. So far to me it is 3 out of 3. It is a comedy show, and a chemistry thing. They just get a kick out of making it, and i get a kick out of watching it. 3 middle aged men falling over a lot. I'm silly and I enjoy the simple things in life. Oh, and BTW, R O C K E T https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xO0Uu_Zv8lk

Sorry to ask but how much were these ko explosions?
  14. I did criticize MP Inferno for the lack of details, but i want him now... He seems solid and well engineered.

    Macross figures

Yes no3ljm, I mean the zipped up version is slightly wrong. The unzipped version is perfect.

    Macross figures

Wow, my thoughts exactly. If it was my list, it would be Roy. This ^ and this ^ You guys just said everything in my mind. Thanks Something seems off in the proportions of these figures, but i know this scale with the use of soft goods is really hard to pull off. Overall i think they look great, but they don't quite capture the Animation form. Were they trying to make them a bit more realistic? Or could they not fully capture the original artist's style? I don't blame you if you like them, and 10 years ago i would have been all over these. I am very impressed with my S.H. Figuarts Luke(s), and i want to see more of their work. Hopefully they will do Macross one day. Oh BTW they got the neck part wrong http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/robotech/images/0/02/Rick_Salutes_away.png/revision/latest?cb=20141101210513 when zipped up the white part goes up to the collar. http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/mechanime/images/4/40/Hikaru_Ichijo.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140809082954 The got the unzipped one right.
  17. I am definitely liking MP Megs, but i am still on the fence with Despotron. I do like MP Megs damaged facade, and the lower leg segments. I'll have to HLJ this one...

Yeah, I did know about the mEssvolution Vf2SS... This VF2SS is a must for me. I have the old bandai kit I painted, and it rests in eternal fighter mode. I need to have fun with a VF2SS at one point in my life Yes Vifam7, i did notice my 1J HM is a bit too big for my HM-R Regult/Glaug.
