I bet the Moscato 1/72 model kit, which was 1/3rd the price of what Yamato is asking now is a million times better by the way, the 1/60 Q-rau failed because it was a piece of sh!t, it has almost no articulation, it can't be posed and can barely stand, a lot of fans put up with it with the hope that the master of all repaints Yamato could spend a few bucks on green paint and release the TV Q-Rau which was what everyone wanted 10 years later, Yamato has the odacity to re-release the 1/60 Q-Rau along with the new 1/60 v2 line at an incredible marked up price for a 10 year old piece of sh!t toy, OR COURSE nobody bought it

welcome it's very easy, there are 3 screws under the back plate, unscrew them and the plate will pop off, you will then see the screws holding the hinges in place, remove them and take the hinges out, use a small cylinder to push the pin out and sand smooth the knurled section, reassemble and screw everything together and enjoy your brand new full price broken toy that you had to fixed because you're not japanese

I used to lie to myself like that at the beginning, until I got fed up always having nearby a screwdriver, super glue, rubber, paper wedges or nail polish to fix whatever came f*cked up out of the box whenever I got my new "mass produced fully assembled perfect transformation TOY" by the way, Yamato's are not collection pieces, and collection pieces should not be tampered, you don't see people using a sharpie pen to fix a spot in their Picasso painting

the VF-4 only appears in FB2012 and VF-X, I assume Yamato had some issue releasing some Macross 7 Valks if BanDai at that moment lock the 1/60 scale or the vf itself, but Yamato somehow has happily released the VF-19A raven scheme several times as far as I know, nobody has license to release the VF-4 a lot of people dislike the battroid design (I don't), since it was a retcon Kawamori did for the VF-X game, the VF-4 was originally only designed to be a fighter, it was never supposed to transform, Yamato could make a non transforming VF-4 with plenty of gimmick and a lot of people would be happy with it unless they somehow find a way to charge 200+ or make it a bloody online exclusive

It's obvious Yamato has no love for the VF-4, they've even made an ugly pink VF-3 in their 1/200 line but no hint of a VF-4 anywhere, there's no license excuse, they have the VF-X license and the VF-4 was there has the VF-17 been confirmed?
