    P-bandai kits always come with waterslide decal sheets. It just says 'now planning' because they haven't finalized this kits sheet yet.

    I don't think it's missing the point at all. All those other areas are still evocative of the original design in a way that turning the shoulder pylons into a backpack really isn't. personally I think the backpack wings are okay, but I'd appreciate the option and can see wanting a more traditional silhouette while still maintaining the overall styling of the MB. And with the ankle guards, most likely that's just to change the color from orange to green, which is a small change but makes a world of difference in how the colors are distributed. As for the head, the original MB head just sucks. Even if you like everything else they've done to the design, that head still looks stupid when viewed strait on. It's seriously the biggest turn off about the toy. I'm not going to say that I'm 100% on board with their sculpting choices, but the idea behind this kit makes sense to me.

    Just a pet peeve of mine but I hate it when people interpret the VF-1 as having stupid thick wedge shaped LERXs because that's what the old 1/55s had; as if the old toys where at all accurate, or even that sleek looking.

    Guys, Macross Frontier came out 11 years ago, she's like 28 now. I doubt she even gets carded at bars anymore.

    well, this decision has gotten harder to make. BTW, Big Firebird (the guys who are making the best arcee figure ever) are doing a Windblade next. Yay sexy robot girls! (also; it's so hard to keep up with these since the TFW2005 mods apparently hate both fun AND art.)

    Gabriel looks really nice and I'd love to have one but he's very expensive. Technically I am looking for something that'll go in an MP collection, but I'm also looking for affordability and for whatever will look the best with ToyWorld's Constructor. I will say, something I like about both Gabriel and the Hasbro version are that the track is physically connected to the launch gantry, although Ultima's tank is motorized and actually drives around the track.

    That's pretty cool. I think I'm happy with my 4G though, even with the stickers and questionable knees.

    BTW, does anyone have any knowledge/opinion of Wei Jiang's omega supreme? I'm seeing some on ebay for about $200 and I'm trying to decide if it's worth the extra money over getting the Titan Class version coming out.
