    HOLY crap GUYS, IMPORTANT NEWS! NATIVE ANNOUNCED THEY'RE DOING ANOTHER MISAKI KUREHITO FIGURE! Their Cat maid based on his art is my favorite thing in the history of everything, so this is super exciting for me.

    I did. The mission was short, but the map itself was a nice change of pace from the cosmodrome. :edit: And now the beta is over, see you all on September 9th...     I can't wait for the full release. The beta has been really fun, but there's so much stuff that's being dangled in front of your face that you can't get to because it's locked until the full version comes out.

    Sorry, I was talking about the current production clear tip versions. I've got two of them, and I've gone through about 5 of the top plates between them, all of which have cracked to various degrees. also, the hollow bases are too light IMO to support heavier valks at more extreme angles. the old black tip versions are great, but they don't make them any more, and the new ones are a huge step down in quality to me.

    You know, when you put it that way, it make me want it more. Shin is a terrible character and I'd much rather be able to pretend that it's a Virgin Road VF-0D with Max and Milia in the cockpit than Shin and what's-his-face.

    I need to see clearer pictures of the leonidas figure painted. If the face is a good likeness of Gerard Butler then I'll probably get it. More importantly though, Star Wars Nendoroids.

    I like it better that way. I don't plan on using the arm or leg armor in any mode when I get mine.

    It's odd, I seem to have better luck just going on my own, since I was able to do the orb solo, and I've killed at least two walker tanks during public events basically solo. another important lesson learned though: while the sniper and scout rifle I have are awesome for fighting bosses and other NPC's they're esentually useless in crucible PVP.

    yeah, it took so long to finish the crab tank that one guy bailed on us, and then the other person quit after we got taken out by the glowing purple orb thing twice. I ended up completing the final boss battle solo.

    I'm pretty much sold on this already. Have they said anything about what, if anything, will transfer from your beta character to the full release game?

    There was a cave labeled 'The Grotto' that had two witches and a bunch of acolytes, all of whom just had '??' instead of an actual number.

    how old do you think I am, 12? wait, don't answer that... I'm old enough to have seen much of the original show through the medium of G2 and remember it.

    Totally off topic, but has there been an HD blu-ray release of SDFM with English subs? I've completely lost track of what's been released and which includes subs or dubs or anything.

    BTW, has anyone else been dumb enough to try and tackle the infinite level hive?

    I like it so far. The game plays a little like Halo, but it SOUNDS exactly the same; as in the BG music is really similar and the sound effects/audio cues are practically identical. My main complaints so far is I wish we had more options for character creation beyond 7~8 preset heads for each race and that for some reason all of my special weapon ammo dispersers whenever I try to swap out my equipped gun for one in my inventory.
