    If the Walküre do have reins, that makes a tiny bit of artistic sense, since the Valkyries of old were supposed to ride down from Valhalla on flying steeds. Haven't seen the episode yet - lack of time - but I already want them to sing "Kill da Wabbit". That'd make the series, for me.

    Delta 02 for me. It's the closest to lo-viz they have, and since I doubt they'll make a CF 31, or a YF-31, it'll be the one that most closely matches my collection theme. Buying one for a character, like Mirage, completely depends on if I care for their character.

    Yes to all. Kawamori, I'd say, keeps an eye on current aircraft technology and more than likely has an extensive library of airplane books. Like most of us. 😉

    Love how much wing the 31 has compared to the fuselage. I don't see any gear doors either. Still, it's a prototype, so they could still come later. As for markings, it is plain up top. Perhaps as the series continues, the pilots will add their own art.

    New Super parts. They rest on top of the wings, and might connect to the bottom hardpoints as well. The double-thruster appearance reminds me of the VF-11's.

    Interesting pics! So the wings can rotate and they have their own integrated thrusters. They also look like they split apart about mid-wing and fold up, forming end-plate fins. EDIT: No, as it turns out those are drones/bits/ghosts that attach to the wings - the outer wing panel fold away to make room. From the Delta info thread: Cool that the cannon can rotate. Also: those are some BIG feet.

    Very nice. This will be one of those toys where, if the QC is not up to snuff, it will be terrible. Many panels that have to align precisely, and a lot of large tampo apps that are very prominent. This is one Bandai can't just phone in.

    Magnetic attachment points would be excellent. Now, do I trust Bandai's QC enough to think they'll get the polarity right every time? Hmm...

    I'll ask here. I came into possession of an old fat PS3, model CECHG-01, with the yellow light of death. I've seen an iFixit video of how to fix it: basically strip it down to the motherboard and heat the main chips to make their solder remelt and flow true, since it's probably cracked. Many have done this successfully it seems. The question: how big a deal would it be to not just reflow the solder, but remove the chips completely, clean the chips and board, and solder them down properly? Thanks!

    He didn't want to? Nice design. No gear doors that I can see either. Also: VF-31 Siegfried? Is that this Valkyrie's series name?
