    Just grabbed this from eBay - it was 40 miles away from me the whole time! I'm very pleased - I like the design and the transformation. I finally have a use for the Nightmare Plus Super parts I bought months ago too! One of the few Valkyries a certain Feline doesn’t own yet too. I like it a lot. Off to get a Yetistand adapter for it though since the one that comes with it is a bulky eyesore.

    Valkyrie Factory, actually. Look ‘em up. They sell knockoffs of old Yamato bits and pieces like those transparent Super part covers. They may have Arcadia VF-1 copies too, can’t remember. Quality is... ok, I guess?

    Most of the complaints I’ve seen online about Rose had to do with her appearance, and how much the complainers wanted her better-looking sister to survive, or to be Rose herself. The character herself is kinda secondary to that, or the viewpoint is taken that Rose would have been easier to deal with if she’d been prettier. Which is utter crap. The character works or it doesn’t. Appearance is utterly shallow. That said, Rose as a character pretty much worked, in my opinion, and I liked her actor quite a bit. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the old fans of Star Wars are old. They’re dying off. The old actors of Star Wars are old. They have died, or are really trying hard TO die (stop flying, Ford.) If this franchise doesn’t evolve it’ll fade into irrevalance and then obscurity. That can’t happen.

    I’m getting an RVF-171 soon and it’ll drive me nuts that I can’t mount the gunpod in fighter mode - the ventral fin will be in the way. Could someone please, please design a clip for the gunpod so it'll mount on a wing hardpoint? Thank you!

    Wow, more than I thought. Thank you. Was there anything written about the RVF version, like is it a normal production variant or a Luca custom, range of its sensors and so on?

    Like it says! Seen on their Facebook page. They want to make the definitive, lineart-accurate VF-1 model. Non-transformable, so I apologize if this should go in Model Kits. I honestly don’t know how to feel about this... knowing CalWings they’ll be ransacking Valkyrie in Action for paint schemes... but this’ll be $120 minimum and it won’t transform. Hmm...

    The patent writing says it can. Now, can it be accurate at supersonic speeds? Hmm. All I can say is, I wouldn’t want to be the FAC on the ground when it has its combat debut.

    Mostly outgassing. It'll be dry to the touch sooner, and can be handled, but always give it time to fully cure and gas out. That way, other additional layers aren’t affected.

    I like the 171 design, it’s just prices for the CF version are around $220-250 at the moment which is too dang high for a toy that might be broken MISB.
