    My tastes are eclectic, I only care about the alien characters and military hardware really. So for RT my interest is really the Tirolian/Zentraedi v Invid conflict backstory. If you mean canon or semi-canon then I enjoyed the novels (alien parts) , certain comics (Warriors) Sentinels etc. Most recently I am reading a 3 part fan fic, the first part from the Zentraedi perspective. This reboot enters nowhere. Its not any different from what I do with Marvel where I'm only really following the Kree/Skrull/Shi'ar etc conflicts which AYKB started in the 60's.

    And its because of things like this that I dont slavishly follow "official canon" Fictional universes are like comic runs, they go through stages of variable quality. You can collect or ignore any part of it that doesnt suit you.

    Ah thats ok. The Rand character also did that in the English version of RT. The words Zentraedi and Invid are the same in singular and plural. You use it the same way you would use the word Chinese, for example.

    Majestic Studios made the toys. Lore-wise the original reptilian Cylons made the Centurions, after they were beguiled by a god-like being (sound familiar?) named Count Iblis. The Centurions ended up exterminating the original Cylons and taking the name. Its a much more interesting tale than the reboot version IMO. Attention, attention, the Imperious Leader will be with us shortly...

    Except for the part about actually delivering mail, and no mention of regular parcel tampering and theft, you could be writing about our national postal service. None of these carriers bother me - but I cringe when its USPS simply because they hand over to our national postal service. A few days for the parcel to reach the country...and then months waiting for it to go from one city to another... if it miraculously isn't stolen by postal workers.

    Collecting Female soldiers/combatants/command collectibles like Millia, Klan etc is cool. But Min Mei is just a civilian. Storywise she's not even an interesting character like Millia. No way she makes a better collectible than armored Zentradi soldiers you can form marching columns and firing lines with.

    That's not a gamble I'd take with people who seem obsessed with valkyries and virtually nothing else from Macross.

    Kitz Concepts Rick/Hikaru finally arrived. I really like the closed visor option. Definitely will be in for Roy, Max etc. I just wish some toy company would finally get around to the main fig event, the armoured Zentradi soldier.

    That's a brutal indictment. Days of Our Lives is totally plotless, its clearly made up by the actors as they go along. Ever notice how they always run out of things to say and end up staring into each other's teeth for 10 - 20 seconds between scene changes? And its watched by people who aren't really paying attention. Back in the days of VCRs I once recorded (and secretly edited) an episode for my sisters. The edited version had disjointed sentences strung together, and characters teleporting instantaneously across physical distances...none of which was even noticed

    If the cockpit can still open it would be great to have shots of the completed parked/flying Gnerl with views of the pilot.
