  1. Shipping delayed! Again! Casting a beady eye on the Mondo Revelation Skeletor, if he ever gets made. I'm a fan of the first mini-comics Skeletor so I like his feet, the boots never worked for me. Hope the figure includes the sword and not just the Havok Staff.
  2. That would be a pleasant surprise. Be cool if it coincides with the Riobot Houquet release.
  3. Whatever happened to the Mondo Revelations Skeletor? Any news on a pre-order date? The feet on that Skele looked right to me. https://twitter.com/MondoNews/status/1436744436072001542/photo/1 Despite everything the one thing about this series that really doesn't work for me is Skeletor with the Joker's voice from the Batman animated series. I always held the view, form when reading say - The Power of Point Dread minicomic - that he should have a sepulchral voice. As the "Lord of Destruction" he should be an impressive and frightening character. Yet in almost every series he is portrayed as somewhat of a feckless clown.
  4. Auto-delivered recently. Hoping these upcoming novels are as exciting as the early Steve Perry ones and dont derail like "Forever Midnight".
  5. Regult reinforcements have arrived. Such a pity I never got my 20 oversized rightsized Gurabs to deploy them against.

So any news on the HMR Regult Scout? Or the last of the HMR Destroids?
  7. Actually I have more chance of reading that than if it was in Japanese.😂
  8. Is it white like that to the naked eye? The profile pics look ok as is, but the as is front and rear views remind me of the Toynami Regults. Mb it looks much better in person?
  9. It must be nice to be able to base shipping decisions on cost, rather than on avoiding postal theft.
  10. Its actually "Eat recycled food, its good for the environment, and ok for you".
  11. I shipped mine this morning. Excellent.
  12. I'm not a left leaning American born in the 90's, I'm a conservative South African born in the 70's. Don't expect me to share your value system. Nobody said anything about "mindless" violence. War is not mindless This is even more true in fiction where the conflict is a primal battle between good and evil. Seriously, the only "mindless violence" (outside of the news) I've ever seen has been those straight to video B movies. You know the ones where everyone fornicates and swears all the time, and the only thing you CAN get out of it is the action. I care. That's all that matters.
  13. That's an American thing. I know that capitalism isn't perfect by any means. But even so , I can't see how it can reasonably be compared to either of these totalitarian systems and their astronomical death toll. And its not just the death toll, the ideology itself is anti-human. Capitalism is at least understandable in terms of human nature. Greed is perfectly understandable and relatable. But Communism and Fascism demand that you give up your individual identity. They demand that give up your individual rights, cut your ties with tradition and even your family - the very things that make you human - and give all your loyalty to the state. I have never heard of someone turning their own parents over to state police except under one of these types of totalitarian systems. It isn't that Capitalism is great, its just that Communism/Fascism are immeasurably worse. They are utterly indefensible, and anyone attempting to defend them shames himself.
  14. My view is that point of any fiction is to entertain me. If you mean the social commentary that the creators intend, it usually just offends or irritates me. More and more so as the decades march on. That may be, however the millions of dead under the 20th century's communist and facist regimes are more than enough argument that these dystopian social engineering horrors that must never be allowed a foot in the door. Not in any form. And anyone who defends these systems in any way, and for any reason, is highly suspect. So I unfortunately this is a black mark next to Roddenbury's name in my book.
