I haven't been to eager on getting any of these but seeing them together like that makes this very tempting. if anything I really like the Flight suit. thats one that I'll be looking forward too. The only downside is that when I buy it, it may be hard to stop with just one.

I wish I had the answer to that. That is the best rendition of an Optimus-type CG on the web. Heck it may be the only one (i haven't seen any others). Heck the Citroen add car designs are better than the movie. Why? Why didn't they go this route?

Those against the designs (like Me) I believe are thinking along those same lines of thought. Sure a Transforming robot could have been done any number of ways but Transformers have been relatively easy to understand visually. Anybody regardless of age can see that this or that part was a bumper or part of a fender. These Designers were thinking "lets be on the Cut-ting edge" and thats what they've produced alot of sharp angles that look like they should be part of Blender.

Cool review. I've never been a big fan of them just b/c of the /60 & /48 are available. Now I see why others enjoy them so much.

I was wondering the same thing. Whats plastic and whats diecast? is the main body plastic or is it the armour? It looks good seems to be larger than the Gunbuster. I'm still thinking about whether or not to order this. I'd like to hear if there will be more of these down the road.

You had my hopes raised. thats been floating around for quite awhile nothing new. I'd have been more impressed if you'd show a vid of that Citroen commercial or Battle Bots or Asimo or a a actual fighter plane with some transforming capability.

Sometimes i wish there had been an actual military conflict in the background by that I mean as interesting as the Plot was between the 3 characaters - 4 with Sharon, I half expected more prominent battles between 2 or 3 military factions to take place.

The same UPS driver comes to my place and he is great. He arrives just about the same time when he has a package for me. I prefer to have to sign for everything though. its just easier I think if I'm there to actually recieve the package as opposed to haveing it left at the door. I've gone to the local Pick-up spot on 2 or 3 occasions and that hasn't been too bad. Its a bit of a hike but thats ok as long as i get my stuff. I just wish everything were trackable - free of charge, so that it'd be easier to see that whatever was sent got to where it was supposed to go. edit: Unions are great as long as they work, the Union I belong too well... I could do without it, enough said on that topic as for sexy legs yeah I'd love to see that but not on the guy that does the delivering at my place.

I use to order SAL from HLJ and never had a problem. I changed to EMS simply b/c of the value of the SOC that were/are coming out. I'm hoping that its just a delay on the part of the other countries Postal Service. I just dont want to be out the items and the payment as well. Whats really going to be annoying is, refunding the $$ only to have the items show up at their door steps at some point in the future. i'm calling the Post Office on Monday to get some kind of update.

I remember not too long ago when there was talk on the board for non-painted valks, so customizers could have field day customizing them. That would have been nice.

Value is based on availabilty. If there aren't too many of these in decent shape say 15- 20 years from now, than yeah they might retain some significant value. Meanwhile alot of 1/48 are gonna need to get busted-up

I know this is a very old topic but i was wondering if anyone has had any difficulty with sending items to either Argentina or Australia. Any problems sending stuff from the U.S to other countries? Heres what happened: I had some bidders win auctions. The item to Argentina was sent via USPS Airmail/Priority 11/17/06 and the other via USPS Non-priority/Surface 10/01/06. Both claim that the packages havent arrived. I contacted USPS and started an inquiry but I haven't heard anything yet. Since I dont have tracking # I cant tell where the items are. The thing is, I offered the Winners the option to send the stuff EMS or not. Big mistake. They chose the cheaper method. The winner in Argentina left Negative Feedback and claims that I never sent it. The one in Australia wants a refund. I'm thinking maybe the stuff got stuck in Customs but I cant confirm that. So lesson learned send everything EMS so that theres a Tracking #.
