    I am anxious to hear more about the KO VF-31J they have planned. If it is quality, I would rather pay $140 ish for the toy than $260-$1000, especially if they make more variants of the VF-31 1/60 scale twich

    So, I was sitting here staring at my solitary Macross Delta DX toy, the SV-262. I was wondering, is this the first toy that we have had since the v1 DX VF-25 valks that has not included some sort of missiles, either integrated or externally mounted on fast packs. Now, I know that from playing the PS Vita game Macross Delta Scramble, that even the base model of the SV-262 comes with the fast pack micro missile launchers. So, if they ever do release a "standard" SV-262Ba model, it will only have the gunpod as a weapon with the toy. Does this seem as if maybe Bandai is skimping out with the accessories? The DX VF-31 line has the integrated micro missile launchers in the legs along with the folding stabby knives that go into the forearm armors. So, what are peoples thoughts? I hope that the new Macross Delta movie finds new Variable Fighter designs for both the "good" guys as well as the "bad" guys. Twich

    I am excited for new potential Valkyrie action. We had the introduction of “slipheed” armor for the vf-31, I wonder if we will get one or more new designs.....there has to be toy sale tie ins. i have my fingers crossed for new designs, and have hopeful waiting for everything else twich

    Here is a topic that I have been thinking about for most of the day. It has been stated many times here and in the "official" description for the valkyrie, that the SV-262, due to its unique transformation, has decreased/limited fuel capacity as compared to other valkyries. I have been looking at my Bandai DX SV-262, and it would seem that given the structure, there would be places that fuel capacity could be stored. Those legs, for instance, they are huge, with great internal volume, and no internal missile launchers. Also, speaking of which, those "divots" for lack of a better term on the legs where the super packs rest in, seems as though the internal volume that those take out of the legs would be perfect to have added fuel capacity. I just watched Macross Zero for the first time in a few years, and I remember that the SV-51 had a problem with reduced fuel capacity, so I am wondering if it was a design choice for Kawamori. Just wondering what the general thought was Twich

    Wow, now that is pretty. I have always preferred the look of the original VF-1J Hikaru to the VF-1S Hikaru, but it would probably not be a stretch to assume that we will be getting a VF-1S Roy custom, since they have already done the mold for the -1S head and all. Just wish these things weren't so darn expensive. Twich

    Has anyone had an inkling or an insight as to what the new exclusive valkyrie will be coming from Bandai when the new Macross Delta Movie Vol.2 releases? From the Macross Frontier movies we got the DX YF-29(like 5 variants), Tornado packs for VF-25, and VF-27 Super/VF-27 Green with swapping heads. From the first Macross Delta movie we got.....the VF-31 armor pack. I would be very curious how they plan on one upping the VF-31, or for that fact, how to one up the SV-262. that still remains one of my favorite valkyrie designs....anyway, I digress....to ask the question, what can we expect from the next Macross Delta movie that comes out in 2020?     The difference is the VTOL fan cover opens in fighter mode, it looks like. It didn’t do that on the original Yamato. To me, the different color plastics on the new pics indicate the different new parts? Someone said it was an entirely new mold, so who knows. Just watch out for the dagger on top of the head, don’t know how many times I drew blood on it. Twich

    Those white pieces were metal on the Yamato version too....it didnt help....hopefully Arcadia learned from the Yamato and are making some adjustments to make it more tight/lock together better. Otherwise it was a unique and awesome toy. Twich

    Looking back a few pages on this thread, the Arcadia version looks just like the Yamato version ( I had the Cannon Fodder version). Hope the wings dont flop and the vertical stabilizers dont droop like they did on the Yamato Twich

    that is one of the points that I am using to try to convince my wife that I need to buy a SV-262. She has looked at the Macross Delta mecha and the only designs that she likes is the SV-262Hs, particularly the GERWALK mode. I am all about the fighter and the battroid modes, but if it helps me get the Valk, then I like GERWALK too! It stinks when you have a $5000 trip that your wife and two of your kids are going in in September for TaeKwonDo nationals in September in Florida( it doesnt stink, I am very excited for my kids to go and compete!), but it makes money tight Twich

    So, any word that this Valkyrie will see more releases? Since the Macross Delta movie and word of another, a single release seems disappointing. I love the unique nature of this design and hope that I can convince my wife to let me get one soon, if still available at reasonable prices. Twich

    Also, on the VF-2SS SAP, the SAP doesn’t provide any additional boosters, just fuel and weapons and of course, armor. Is that correct? When adding it up, this Valkyrie has a fair amount of thrust. Pretty cool. twich

    My most recent acquisition was the Bandai Hi Metal R VF-2SS Nexx use. It is a marvel of a mecha and I just wish that it was not 1/100 scale, but instead 1/60 scale. The level of detail is absolutely amazing to me. Twich

    I know that it is a rather obscure anime that several people despise and is not considered official, but I would really enjoy it if someone could find or reasonably produce some specifications of the Macross 2: Lovers again Valkyries. Information on the engine power, weaponry and the like of the VF-2SS SAP and the VF-2JA and the Metal Siren that competes with the completeness of information that we have for other Macross variable fighters would be wonderful. If such a website exists, could someone direct me to it? Thank You! I wish that I had the money to purchase the Bandai DX SV-262 and a VF-31 toy, but I had to settle for the much less expensive Bandai Hi-Metal R VF-2SS Nexx, which has rekindled my desire to know more about the design and specifications.     Question, I have a Toynami Robotech Veritech Super Poseable figure VF-1S, sealed in the original packaging, what makes this different is that it is one of the ones that were mispainted by Toynami. The black stripe in chest is not painted in the middle. I remember these being rare, so.....how much is it worth? Thank You

    Will the iron blooded orphan kits be getting the Master Grade treatment? I have seen the 1/100 scale, and HG 1/144 and that new one that has the metal frame and pearl/metal finish parts that is in 1/100 scale. Would also love to see the Gundam Barbatos in Perfect Grade! Twich
