    This upcoming season looks intense. The teasers include Tanya the Evil, One punch man, Attack on Titan and others coming back along with a few new ones I know nothing about.

    I kinda like these versions of the m and m vf4. That extra bit of white brings them out a bit more. I do like the Roy also, but it weirds me out since it’s post death.

    That’s actually what I was expecting from a sequel. An off world story where she can go all out and only come back home to earth when necessary.

    Those last two are some serious classics. Gonna see maiden in September and just saw Ozzy on New Year’s Eve.

    I have to disagree with chronocidal about the weakest point in the movie. That scene alone was worth the ticket price. I also think it’s a great teaser for what to expect for the upcoming avengers film and sets a high bar for all super hero depictions in movies to come, wether from marvel or dc or whatever.

    I’m not a fan of enamel paint. They tend to rub off easily unless it’s just for weathering recessed areas.

    I have no doubts macross zero items will happen. The preorders for the vf4 went fairly well and I think they will do as many Valkyries as they can. As far as non Valkyrie items, I think they’re a bit more questionable at least from non og series. But I can still dream.

    I’m with you on that. The early reviews were bad, plus the fact this is an adaptation of manga/anime the expectations were really low. If a buddy that I trust hadn’t recommended it I probably would have passed. But sometimes it’s great to be proven wrong.

    I think it will help seeing this before the next avengers due to Captain Marvel being a bigger part of the upcoming film and there’s probably gonna be a few things brought up from this one.

    We saw it last night and really liked it. It’s not one of the bigger epic marvel films, but a bit more toned down to deal with her learning her powers. When she finally lets loose it’s the best depiction of comic book super powers ever done in live action. It visually looked so great that I can’t wait to see her go all out in a much more epic sized battle in the upcoming Avengers film. I think the bad reviews are people just expecting a bigger movie rather than an introductory origin film.

    Whenever someone brings up Depeche Mode I always remember the Venture Brothers episode when the Monarch is stuck in line for the restroom.

    I was looking for my old Airwolf kit that I built when I was little, but can’t find it. I thought it was odd that they gave the option to build it as the non weopnized civilian version as though anyone would buy an airwolf and not put weapons or armor on it.

    They don’t look expensive at all, but if they drop down in price I’d be tempted due to the customization options.

    I would gloss coat parts that need decals before and after applying them. You can then do the weathering either over the gloss for a more clean look or dull coat it for a more gritty look. Then seal it with dull coat. Those kits actually look great out of the box.

    I checked them out last week while preordering some other items. I guess you buy a main robot kit and then you customize it with weapon sets and specialized armor sets. But I don’t know what it’s from if anything.
