I wish the FP would also get a retro treatment. All FP after the VF-1 have gotten dinkier and dinkier (yes, I know, tecnology... but the old ones looked cooler). Call the extra bulk mini Macross cannons, ninja hood ornaments or whatever

Ooooooh, like what I'm seeing! Nice touch to have the feet on the VF-25 look like the DYRL? flight uniform feet. The wings might look like they do on this earlier Kawamori squetch for MF.

And to that I add: You have to go to an office in the middle of nowhere to pick the item yourself because you weren’t "lucky" enough to have a guy do the oh so complex "x% of the value" tax numbers at the post office for you... And if you can't waste the time to go there you have to hire an external company to fill the retarded paperwork by typewriter (yes, this happened to me once. ). I have the original and it looks great despite being small. I would have picked the new one instead though; the little painted panels done in different shades of grey makes it look bigger and more detailed. I was hopping for the inevitable repaint to at least come with the TV arms… guess that will be the next one

Finally, stuff to look at Doesn't look very "next gen" but I like how the tailfins look in gerwalk. It also struck me as a VF-1 in fighter at first mainly because it has a more "classic look" (you put two normal wings vf-1/0 style on a plane and I call it "classic" as opposed to the weirder fighter designs from M7 like the vf-14, vf-17, VA-3, vf-19, VF-5000 and vf-22). I must note also that anything above a F-15 looks "modern/hi-tech" to me Noticed the SV-51 nose and head influence and the YF-19 ass later.

I kinda like it (I'm regret selling my 1/48 CF ) but would prefer the scheme Mr March has posted. A little white here and there would be nice. And again we have nonblack joints like in the Nora... I'm worried now that we might not get that fixed for Nora.

I definettly like MP 3's scheme over the other two. Maybe if the Hasbro had a less white grey and a darker shade of red... MP 3 also varies a lot depending on the light . Maybe the Hasbro one does too.

"Lord of all creaminess" (as he is also known) was limited to a run of -332 units and is the Holy Grail of any TF fan. Ok, I hear you guys saying a lot that the Hasbro MP Prime is just waiting to get cleared. Any chance of the Hasbro SS going for a few bucks in the US a few months from now or is it one of those exclusive whatever? I'd like to make a complete overhaul on a MP SS (primarily to give it more posability and remove the pedestal neck) but no way in hell am I paying full price for a toy I'll most likely leave in pieces for about a year… or for ever. ( BTW, if you have a broken MP 3 you want to get rid off for cheap, PM me).

Yep, there are a LOT of groups for this. Started with one named "sudo" but dammed mkv files move jerky (and I thought I had the latest CCCP crap…). I’ll try Shinsen/Syndicate if I can find the older episodes. *edit* Ok, found the first 10 ep and they are avi. I've never had problems with Shinsen's stuff so I hope these also work with my codecs. Who are the best fansubbers for this series?

I finally ended up picking the Super HCM-Pro RX-79 instead of the CCA stuff. It's a beautiful toy and the posability is just awesome. All the weapons and extras are the perfect icing. I’m definitely getting the clunky Zaku/Tierien. Why are there six dates and only 5 MS? Also, the sniper Gundam from 00 has already been released, so why is he next to "11 nov"?

Just got my VF-1S. Awesome little Revoltech full of extras. The thinness of the valk design makes him look smaller than my Megatron and Mazinkaiser Revoltechs (a plus in my book). It's now my favourite Revoltech (I might resell Mazinkaiser... quite plain compared to Megatron and the valk). I'll definitely get more Macross designs if they do any. Hell, I might even pick up a VF-1J .

Same here. THS 02 beats MP Prime in my book. It is just so much fun.

1/48 VF-1J in a heart beat. Waited almost two decades to get one. I found a stop motion video some years ago showing the complete transformation from Getter 1 all through Getter 3... the complexity of the S.H.E. Getter is just amazing!!

Really sloppy work from Aoshima then. The numerous problems the Alpha has are very well documented. Guess now the only chance for me to own that mould is to find it for 30$ or less. Hope I see some pics from CM soon. I think it was push back to/around Spring 2008 since the proto is being reworked (there's no official date). Comes with the Tread as a combo set.

Well, the anniversary valks are a direct rip-off of the Hasewaga anniversary valks with minor changes. If Yamato has not paid to use them (don’t know if they have or have not), I' guess they'll find a way to not pay a dime to a random fan. They can just do a random urban camo design using the colours Dobber used and say it’s theirs (it would be a nice gesture if they at least included a sticker with the name "Dobber" or something).

I think I read on the MF thread that Bandai bought all the rights. Maybe the rights on VFX 2 game have cleared up.
