Thanks for the pics UN Spacy! Boy, it sure looks a LOT darker than it did on the promo pics. Also, I thought there were going to be three shades of grey instead of just two.

I use watered down grey acrylic paint (Games Worshop brand). If you spill outside the panel line, you can just use a napkin or whatever to erase the error.

Does it look like it does on the promo pics?

Your in luck, it already looks like a Legioss! (and I've ask people that have a faint memory of Robotech and they all identify it as the plane of the third part of the series).

Wish this thread had some of the magic the YF-21 thread has: very "sacred lineart" innacuracy in robot mode but almost zero bitching. Guess people can like stuff that doesn't follow lineart.

I have the first one. It just looks so pretty displayed... The box in the new one took the cheap route tough: it's exactly the same as the first one but with the added text "movie color"... Wow, that's so 25th anniversary

Wait, wait, the Toynami one doesn't have a waist joint? I always thought it had one I love waist joints, they just make such a difference in posing. Too many old toys as a kid had neck joints but not the freaking luxury of a waist joint; guess that many transforming toys today still suffer from the lack of said joint (some Yamato valks included).

the amount of bitching about the fighter is just astronomical. The CM Legioss doen't look good just in Soldier mode. The fighter does look good, not "perfect" but still good.

Just awesome! Thanks for the scans Graham!! I don't see anything wrong with fighter mode now that the arms spread out; the Legioss design has always seemed kibly to me thanks to the legs, be they telescopic, folding or 2D. And I appreciate a posable and good looking soldier mode above the static fighter mode. Blue is a most buy for me, but what do you guys thing of the green and red colours?

I thought for a moment that we were seeing another ride armour by another manufacturer I'm really liking those CAD picks. And it looks like it'll be perfect transformation (won’t the hip parts limit mobility if they do hook up with the boots like the CAD suggests?). Wish Beagle started with Lancer or Houquet instead of the Stick/Rey type, that would mean instant buy for me. I’m already going for a Stick CM and a Rey MH. The MH has a lot of part removing but still looks great.
