Snagged the dread Samus and found particle effects that pair well with it elsewhere. I think some of the effects will work well with my Shmup figures, too... we'll see... The wall attachment was what drew me to pull the trigger. Price wasn't great, but not terrible, either.

I've saved a bunch of money by switching to... er... using their points. I've been debating on the premium membership to triple them, but haven't pulled the trigger on that yet. My special Takeda just shipped, will look neat in its Ashura pose next to my spear-throwing Lancelot. That Kshatriya looks neat, but really feeling that middle one. I already have the ultimate Lu Bu on his horse :P.

Thanks man, I have the jettison videos of the old school GBPs. I'm looking for the jettison of Zettai Live! Armor parts on the VF-31AX. I appreciate the link to the GBP videos. I simply cannot find anything on the Zettai Live! movie aside from brief clips =/. I'm subbed to multiple anime channels and cannot find the movie, either :(. Otherwise, I'd love to watch it and reference the jettison from the movie.

My VF-31AX Armor just came in. Does anyone have a snapshot or better yet, short clip, from when Hayate jettisons his super armor available? I also just got my shipping notice on both my Armored VF-171 renewal AND my white Moshowtoys Takeda. Very excite!

Dunno how I missed them, but I snagged a pre-order for Lancelot and Barbatos today from KappaHobby. Price was fair, I think ~ 477 + free shipping for both.

I would only use these for Hi-Metal R or lightweight applications. That y-bit is part of the jank. Not supposed to be used like that. Nothing the ingenuity of a little beer here and there couldn't handle. The fit on the adapters is good, but I can only speak in terms of the vf-2ss. The parts do seem to be cheaper clones of the default hi-metal r stands.

I'm thankful folks were able to get a copy from BBTS, but I just couldn't bring myself to support their out-the-gate price. Being a WWM release, I'm expecting to be able to walk into a local store and buy one off their shelf at a lower price than BBTS is posting (both my 0S and Kairos were like that). There's something special about finally being able to walk into an ordinary local hobby store and just finding one of these unicorns to buy. I realized I managed to snag both my VF-0/Ghost and YF-21 from AmiAmi, release dates are May and June respectively... Does anyone have insight on if AmiAmi will entertain combining those two items to ship together?

I went on a quest to find a stand that did this that was not the Tamashi stand due to the absurdity of the price at this stage. I found some Aliexpress specials, but we'll see if they actually work. Ten of them were half the price of a single Tamashi one O_o. Stay tuned next for next month once I get them.

OK, sneak peek at the next MOC. Hoping there are some other crotchety old fellows around that recognize this. It is from 1997, lol. There are others out there similar to this and they inspired it, but at this point, I re-engineered everything on it, part count is tripled, so I will say there some out there, but this one is mine. Waiting to take better shots as I'm waiting on some missing parts to wrap it up. I already have ideas on further improving it. The arsenal for it is next. Last shot is the whole cabinet to get a sense of scale and to shamelessly show off my shrine to my favorite shoot-em-ups :P.
