  1. Now I have a reason to visit Detroit, lol. Detroit erects a statue of Robocop https://www.joblo.com/robocop-statue/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RoboCop_statue
  2. I use AI for entertainment and professional uses and can see why companies are really pushing for it. For what I do in the tech biz AI won't replace people (yet!) but it does make my work easier.
  3. The Micron announcement is additional terrible news for consumers in the tech market. As for the AI bubble, I don't think there is one.
  4. Found the FALLOUT Vault-Tec Supply Pack by Jones soda at my local Costco. $20 for 12 bottles, eh. So I bought one case and its typical Jones soda. Good but super sweet, lol. It's a whimsical treat as we typically only drink kombucha with lunch or dinner. https://www.jonessoda.com/pages/costco-ne-fallout?srsltid=AfmBOopZ2HZJY5VvACzoKc9gzRTmzD_VHwpOFLs5NO6oNNeUWkRhH8ry
  5. Started watching LAST SAMURAI STANDING on Netflix this week. Really good with outstanding action choreography, highly recommended.
  6. I'll be glad when this series ends, the long breaks between seasons is lame af.
  7. Looking at getting into vlogging, probably revolving around my Jaguar F-Type and cars, so I made some purchases in the past week into Black Friday weekend. DJI Neo 2 drone that I ordered on EBAY via a South Korean bases store. Hollyland Ark A1 wireless microphones. Just saw the posts about Paypal pay-in-4 20% cash back and used it on a Insta360 Flow 2 Pro AI Tracker Bundle for about $150. My wife is interested in these vlog devices as well for her dance and rollerskating hobbies too. If we stick with it then I may invest in a nice mirrorless camera.
  8. TBH you should have all the figured out your entire PC build plan before you started buying parts.
  9. I think that He-Man movie will have bigger issues than Jared Leto, lol.
  10. Just got back from the movie and it was a really good sci-fi action adventure film. Kudos to 20th Century Fox for not playing it safe and the PG-13 rating didn't bother me either. So yeah, go see it.
  11. Udo excelled at playing the odd and perverted. RIP.
  12. You know... I thought Daisy Ridley would have a better career than this.
  13. They're a disaster film sub-genre. However, GREENLAND was not bombastic. You're thinking of Michael Bay and Roland Emmerich's disaster films, lol.
  14. My wife likes the movies still. I don't care for them myself.
  15. Check out Slickdeals, Newegg for deals. But I have a feeling pre-builts may go up in price soon if not now.
  16. Looks like an actual movie and though I probably won't see it in the theater I hope it does well.
  17. I won't be holding my breath but for the Rosa Salazar fans check out UNDONE on Prime. Really good series and its only two seasons.
  18. Pretty much but I like Joe Keery and his Steve Harrington is my favorite character in Stranger Things.
  19. New Zealand is the place to make a fantasy movie! I recall back-packing through New Zealand in early 1999 not long after it was announced that the LOTR films would be made there, the whole country was excited for it!!
  20. Wasn't interested in a drone till this popped up in my Youtube feed. Probably won't be able to get in the States tho
  21. Just catching up on how RAM prices exploded... RAM I bought over the Summer has gone up in price by over 2 to 3 times... Probably a good time to jump on those MC pre-builts it seems. Rising RAM Prices Could Be the Next Big Problem for PC Gamers, as ASUS Warns of ‘Massive’ Price Hikes if Shortages Continue https://wccftech.com/rising-ram-prices-could-be-the-next-big-problem-for-pc-gamers/
