  1. A la carte seems all but certain given the inclusion of the emblems.
  2. This seems like exactly the kind of pandemic that should be countered with educational campaigns about how to not spread germs.... but it is instead being treating like World War Z.
  3. Thank you! From what I understand, the big manufacturers are allowed to continue operations BUT there's still a travel ban so their workers can't make it to the factory. Also, the smaller manufacturers still have bans so the parts that feed the bigger assembly lines aren't making it in so even if they did have enough people to put things together, chances are they don't have all the parts. Basically, we're a month away at least from things getting going again and then there's going to be a HUGE backlog and a lot of people taking stock from what happens to the economy when a quarter's worth of production is lost. Think of all the companies right now paying their sales force to sell items on the hope that they will be produced in China soon AND that they'll get the cash from those sells (usually a month after delivery) before they run out of money from paying their staff. This is why the stock market is plunging.
  4. I would take some good news that factories are operating again...
  5. I know there wasn't a renewal release of those parts but that's all I recall.
  6. What display stand adapter is that? I have a Arcadia VF-1 on the simple display stand right now and the VF-1 itself is right up against the stand... this adapter looks very tall in comparison. Mine looks like this:
  7. Grab the popcorn!

    Hi-Metal R

    The Focker VF-4 is a non-canon scheme.
  9. Those pictures are of a completed model made by Hasegawa. You're posting pictures of something that clearly is NOT a Bandai product and saying "look what Bandai is making." It doesn't make any sense.
  10. Now on that one I have to disagree. The ONLY market for Southern Cross merchandise IS Robotech. Trying to make it 'official Southern Cross' merch would have been a needless complication.
  11. It took way too long (thanks to that leg SNAFU) but I've finally posted my review of the Arcadia SV-51. Separate transformation and leg installation guides have now also been posted. Check it out! The article with links to all the videos and most the same content in text form is here: http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=14588
  12. Reviewers can't tell how a toy will be after a month of handling it if they're expected to get the review up within a week of receiving it. Even more so when were discussing preproduction samples. Other than my sheered off hard points, my 1S is fine but I rarely play with it. If you want to convince people the quality is horrible, you should show some pictures of specific issues so people, including reviewers, can look for signs of the same problems happening.
  13. The picture shown is off the Fewture Garland, I reviewed it here: http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=14429 The dark Garland recently released is an Arcadia product. It is different from the ones I previously reviewed in that it is a Proto Garland which has some tweaks but it would be most similar to the Garlaands I reviewed here: http://anymoon.com/blog/?p=11313
  14. I wish I wouldn't feel so bad about throwing away the giant box
  15. I think the much smaller scale also lends itself better to owning more than just one while simultaneously making the Tread a possibility. So yeah, I'm happy on pretty much all fronts and bummed I own four ET Legioss toys that are already worth half what I paid for them. It's just like the CM's Legioss toys all over again.
  16. With sentinel teasing a much better, albeit much smaller, product, it's no wonder. I love the Dark Legioss design and would love to army build, but I will definitely wait for Sentinel.
  17. Aren't there a lot of VF-1s in the first few episodes that hangar in the SDF-1? Even Roy's valk would be an example. Misa is in charge of them all from the bridge of the SDF.
  18. The SDF-1 was resupplied on Earth also so they may have been badged something else entirely until being repainted/re-used. I guess my real point here is... it's a total nitpick because it's easily shrugged off as a 'sure, maybe'. The numbers on the other hand, they're just wrong.
  19. I was asking a friend about the toy industry and events and he mentioned that coronavirus is crippling the industry right now. Shows are receiving limited staff and most factories are shut down. He said that maybe a huge company like Bandai is less affected but for everyone else it sounds like we are in for months of delays, maybe some canceled products, and less 'coming soon' announcements. 2020 might be a very slow year.
  20. But the sdf-1 had hangars so Prometheus or SDF-1 are both equally valid regardless.
  21. No arguments about the numbers here... Just saying the carrier designation, while almost certainly just being a holdover from a planned Rick 1J, doesn't seem like much of a sin. It seems as sensible or more than Prometheus. ARMD would have been the only obviously wrong thing that could have happened.
  22. I would still say Prometheus would be wrong... Even if it's traditionally depicted that way.
  23. I'm surprised Arcadia hasn't done a CF -0A or 0D as an exclusive at some point. I mean, they just did a run of 0D toys, would it really be that expensive to make 100 more in gray? Then they just have to print 100 "grey version" stickers for the box and sell them at WF. I'm sure they'd all get snapped up. If they put a number on them they could sell one with a different number a year or two later when people were starting to get really angry they couldn't afford to grab one at crazy secondary prices.
