    Started watching season 1 of Gundam 00 "Celestial Being" on Bandai's youtube channel. Boy is this a stinker. Watched 4 episodes of the dub to give it a chance. Characters (maybe just a fault of the dubs) are either whiny voiced girls of boring pretty boys of few words. Wow monotone people who express less emotion than my toaster. No clear "villain" yet. Just two dozen characters who say monotone comments about politics. As a viewer why should I care about these characters? Even if you take away the boring talking there is nothing about them to cheer for. The Earth in this series is politically very much like are own. The heroes are a neutral party that is attacking anyone that even hints of taking hostile action against another. I wonder who gave them the right? We will bring end all wars by killing people and scaring the crap out of them with our Gundams.

    Reserved a VF-1D from Hobby Search. This will be my first VF-1D & first V2 VF-1. I will have to wait to June. Almost thought about ordering a VF-22S but I hear that people are fans of the V2 VF-1's. I have three 1/48 VF-1's so I'm on the fence about the V2. Decided not to get the VF-22S in case I become a fan of the V2 VF-1. In that case I would want the extra money to buy more of them.

    Your 15? Sorry to burst your bubble by most giant mega companies don't hire kids under 18. There a whole bunch of child labor, legal mumbo jumbo. Besides Taco Bell and In & Out that doesn't sound like it is On topic to me. How many Burger King: Fully Loaded Steak House Burgers do you think equals the weight of one VF-1?

    That's not true. From my experience most Palladium fans are pretty loyal to the system dispite it's numerous short comings. The old saying can't teach old dogs new tricks is true.

    Yes & No. A former player did several stats for the game that were very close to what I was looking for. I then got my hands on the Macross Plus Mecha conversions from V-Max. Using the MTS I took part those and the player's stats. Built them back up, made some changes. Plenty use of space & weight efficiency. Even computed the total cost. Later I was trying to do another variant of one and figured out I made a mistake in Cost. Not wanting to check over each step again, I said screw it. Doesn't really matter what the exact cost is. If you can make a mecha that doesn't "break" the rules make it regardless of what the actual cost is.

    There it is. Easy to fix but leaves a mark. Don't know it is worth getting a replacement part for. Still works maybe I'll try to paint over the glue line. Just be carefull with the feet

    First Broke VF-11B? Through a combination of who ever assembled it and my own hands I broke one of the feet. The front part of the foot or toes as I will call them. Connect at two points. They didn't connect them it at one of the points. What I thought was an extra foot articulation wasn't. Broke the only point of that was connected. Toes came off spilt in two. A broken off peg stuck in a hole. A little dab of super glue fixed the problem. Now on the seem there is tiny white line of the dried super glue.

    Got my VF-11B today. Planned to get a VF-1D next. Currently back ordered at the usual places.

    The fleet they sent to Vulcan had large numbers of cadet crewing them. Add in heavy loses and heavy heroic will lead to some bumps in Rank. Did Kirk deserve a be made Captain? He cheated on a test, stowaway on the Enterprise, told Pike they were walking into a trap & was made acting first officer. That messed up there. One no else was qualified? Later Kirk broke Spock and took charge. Rest the crew didn't object. Kirk ordered the ship to action instead of rendezvous with the rest. Kirk had good instincts and was very lucky. Worthly of a reward but to be made Captain... I'm more concerned about how Pike was made Admiral. What did he do? Allowed himself to taken hostage, assigned a known cheater and stowaway as acting first officer.

    Got mine a hour ago. I think the prior VF-11B had more arm articulation. This one has more leaner look. Older one was more wider/boxy looking. Getting the landing out is tricky. Same goes for the heat shield. A old familar transformation made more complex with so many extra locking little pieces. Gonna to have to keep the instruction guide near by when I transform it. Very impressed. Currently have it in Battroid mode next to my YF-19. Might have to buy a stand for it.

    I was gonna see it in IMAX but they raised the ticket up by $3 from a year ago.

    Saw it. Good fun film. Much better than Wolverine. I have one issue. What is with Earth chicks going for Vulcans? Women are always asking "What you feeling?" Earth Men rarely answer. What makes them think Vulcans will? Maybe they are "bigger" but Vulcan's only have sex every 7 years right?

    X3 was on cable last night. Here is what is wrong with that movie. Magneto see's Mystique's buck naked super model body laying on the floor. Weeps a little tear that she's no longer a mutant and leaves her. Sure some men prefer mutants just like some men prefer blonds but if can get a naked super model who cares.
