Can't decide between 1/144 Chara-Works Macross Valkyrie Collection & Yamato 1/200 Macross Variable Fighters. Pros & Cons of Each? The 1/200 Yamato VF are too expensive in IMO for random figures. HLJ currently has the first batch at what would call a realistic selling price. The 1/144 look nice.

Derek was good role for Brian Austin Green. It showed that theyrunt from the 90201 cast grew up to be a TV leading man. He is going to be on another show so this might be why he was killed off. I would have preferred Sarah just told him he wasn't needed and to get lost. You then bring him back next sense. Only to get killed off then. There are two rumors going around. One is that his character returns next season but from a different time. I doubt that with him doing another show. Another rumor is that it unlikely the show will come back for a third season. What you're seeing now might just be trying to give some sort of a closure just in case there isn't a another season.

I see your point. The true main characters are Ranka & Sherly. Alto as important as any other named but secondary character. They're only there to give reason for Ranka & Sherly to do something. The so called love triange could have worked with a different existing secondary character.

Strange, place is called Macross World. You'd think it would be on everyone's list of being the Best here. I can't blame you not for picking Macross. Totally suxs. Best Anime ever has got to be Robotech the Shadow Chronicles.

The Variable Fighters of the Great Generation of Macross were inspired by real world fighters. Those stories took place in the near future. As the stories progress farther into the future we are likely to see more futuristic insect designs.

The other day I was playing around doing screen grabs. Went to my Macross Frontier fold. Did a semi fast-forward of the last episode. On its own it is good episode. Does kinda have that Macross feel. There are good episodes (not all just the heavy mecha action) but I think Frontier could be trimmed to just 3 hours to tell a better story.
