  1. Doing my homework on these. Seems a bit complex for me to program and wire. But they are definitely awesome. One day...

Definitely a great year for old Macross fans. HM-R has sent lots of my non-Macross stuff to Ebay. Keep SDFM coming, no loss there.
  3. I want a CM's size Captain Gloval, among other things.

I'm concerned about the destroids, seeing that the Monster and Glaug are still not sold out.
  5. Congrats! Hoping to see a 3x valk set up in there with your stands!

Those papercrafts are quite expensive. Train modelers much spend as much as we do!
  7. Thanks. Those are "candle/flickering" pre-wired LEDs which give that effect. But I'm finding that for our small kits, SMDs are the way to go for tight spots. LEDs are often too big.
  8. I hear its a bad dub, but I would watch it.
  9. Sorry to have done that to you. Not a fan of mine. About 10cm too small. But looks nice enough and good for the dust at least.
  10. After lots more dremeling. My pre-wired LEDs have too thick wires. I need to rewire with thinner ones. Not looking forward to it.

You're right. Those buildings are only 8-9cm high. No go.

I admit it. I will mix the scales in my diorama. Sacrilege. I know. So how about a long double row of 1/144 Tomy Building Collections with HM-R Miria chasing the Regult down the middle!
  13. Moving along here. I also have blinking signal lights ready for the bridge wings. One lesson I learned with lights is if you wire steady lights, blinking lights and flickering lights together, they all end up blinking...Duh! So I need to have separate wires to the power source for each type of light, unless there is another easy solution (I will NOT be learning how to wire circuit boards). Another lesson is too many wires and the hull gets jammed full...

One thing you forgot to mention is the 1/100 SDF-1 partial carrier deck shown in the Tamashi dioramas But what's your source for the Zentraedi (capital ship)?
  15. These Delta models look nice. One thing I didn;t like about the Frontier valks, although they were great transforming models, is that the armor parts were integrated and you could not display the valk alone. The Deltas look like the Super parts are separate, and perhaps the armor parts will be too.
  16. Thanks. Pics would be great if your sure they fit. But based on your dimensions, the Detolf is slightly larger than the Expedit. I want your stands badly, just gotta save the pennies first.
  17. Is Expedit the same size as Detolf? On the standard stands, 3x vf-25s wont squeeze in there.
  18. Thanks. How about 3x vf-25s v.2?
  19. Wow, this thread has 125k views and 2k replies for a pretty unpopular figure. Hope that means there is a market for Yamato or Bandai to do it again.
  20. Sorry if this has been asked before. But I got an Ikea Detolf and I'm a bit disappointed at its size. Would the Yetistand hold 3 valks in fighter mode on one shelf?
  21. You're forgiven. It's a beautiful Minmay plushie. Their SD figures also look great. Chibi Hikaru (er...Rick) is one of my favorite figures. Their valks....
  22. Wow, very clean paint job on that Regult. It looks factory made.
  23. From Yamato, to Arcadia, so the next company name would have to be Macross.

Is this different than adding the "Watch List" to be alerted when something is in stock, which some of these sites already have, such as Ami Ami?
