    I think I would buy a black Trans Am that turns into a black K.I.T.T robot. Maybe they could engineer a Super Pursuit Mode into the car.

    Looks like the best Hot Rod to date. Poor MP Hot Rodimus and FT Hoodlum.

    I think it is a close enough approximation of the original Gold Frame to be a proxy in your collection. Just need to hide that right arm.

    It is not an reissue but a new variant with two symmetrical arms and the shoulder armor of the Amatsu Hana. It also has some other remolding going on. Like the way the weapons are connected in the image wasn’t possible on the original release. In the Tamashii Nations event in the beginn of November it seemed like the toy had a matte finish while the original toy was glossy.

    My biggest issue with MP Ultra Magnus besides the limited articulation are the general proportions of the robot. In my mind Ultra Magnus is lanky in stature and not the beef cake that is the MP toy. I think the Magic Square one is closer to the image in my mind. I also feel that the head sculpt didn’t caught the essence of the character.

    More pictures of Flame Toys Cosplay version of Tarn I mean the Fallen (from TFW2005): https://news.tfw2005.com/2020/11/21/flame-toys-kuro-kara-kuri-the-fallen-official-gallery-product-information-424581 This is the first Kuro Kara Kuri figure I feel super meh about. The gorilla like proportions that where already to exaggerated in their Tarn make ab even more odd looking bot as the Fallen. Arms and legs are have no remolding done and he doesn’t come with his own weaponry. Only when you buy from D4 Toys you get a chainsword in addition to Tarns fusion cannons. Disappointing!

    No cancellation mail for the F91 from HLJ so far... ... and the item listing shows that it is sold out again.

    Got the order confirmation from HLJ but the item is limited to 30 units per customer so I assume it is not a valid order and they cancel on Monday.

    I know, but I don’t want to pay upfront. Kuro Kara Kuri Megatron is supposed to be released this month.

    Ah bunmer, I’ve didn’t know it would go up today. Oh well given how poorly the original F91 did on the aftermarket I’m not to worried about securing one after release.

    I agree this looks great. Are there any robot-mode images?

    I think the issue is twofold. 1. While Transformer jets mostly are airplanes with wings tucked onto the fuselage they have a distinct bulky body shape that Maverick is lacking. I can understand it is not appealing to TF fans; it doesn’t look like a Transformer. 2. While I don’t habe the toy in hand from the pictures the plastic quality seems to be awfully gummy and translucent looking. Doesn’t look like a quality toy to me. Also while Transformers are sporting mostly a colorful deco Maverick seems bland and uninteresting. The two things combined seems to be a big turnoff for TF fans. I‘m a big fan of transforming jets and the looks from the promo pictures alone make me not want the toy.

    Ideally you should watch M7 one episode per week. Which is the way it was meant to be. Don’t Binge it.
