    I didnt quite know that it started showing till today...... And that also only cos i read a small comment abt episode 3?4? online. Only finished watching the prologue! Am catching it on gundaminfo in case anyone is wondering where its showing...i thk crunchyroll is also carrying it?

    Some folks in jp have already panel lined theirs (not to mention further decaled!) and at a small scale still brings out the details... looks like a final protective coat applied as well..

    No, I am referring to the covers/tanks(?) on the topside fuselage, so you have a slot for topside armaments and ghost wingtips... explained by @jenius as per ye olde yamato with ghost...😁 oh yes, i that's one thing the HMR will have as an advantage(?) being a parts-former.... i dont mind arcadia's coat tails though ...😁 I think inclusion of a ghost may tip that equation somewhat. A ghost + reactive armor pack HMR would fit in nicely as a premium bandai release. But yes, i note the 1st HMR 1J armored was a combo pack release and so far for vf-1 (M&M, booby duck), supers have been included too. Rolling the dice on it.

    Somehow HMR cockpits/pilots seem less in scale with each other, compared to the 1/60 cockpit/pilots. Maybe camera angle trickery.... No need to thank me, it was bandai's video after all😄 Ohh translucent wing gimmick! Like a dragonfly! nice one bandai! 👍

    Quick out of the cinema comments; the ok; Starts out rushed/cliched-ish, BA was introduced in a quick manner perhaps. 2 supporting justice society heroes were annoying to me but I probably the younger set would identify with them. the wow; Fight scenes were totally badass esp Dr fate fight scenes and effects! hawkman was da boss. Good casting as per expressions/presence. BA’s fleshing out of backstory throughout the movie. And the fact that DJ could stay in character well. Ie you don’t recognise as the rock flying and kicking ass. In short tho, totally enjoyable!! Would say I wouldn’t mind watching it a second time. Very cool vibes throughout. Definitely a cinema worthy watch.

    Not too far fetched to dream abt a HG VF-19 kit mebbe(?).....but a bit of a stretch if bandai would do some various custom variants for the VF-19...

    Looking forward to see if bandai would do armor parts as well for the 25 as part of their HG line..heheh! instabuy that one... With delta series more or less done(?) having frontier picking up slack in macross merch would be a natural fit (popularity and bandai maybe being conservative in the current/future economic climate). Also until the next(?) macross series...wonder if kawamori-san would still be interested in continuing or passing the baton.. And if bandai would announce HMR for frontier.... so many questions!

    HLJ got exclusive rights to sell it internationally out of japan? Or margins on kits to be razor thin, so shops like hobby search or ami choose which kits to carry? Pure speculation here anyway.. But there were reports of scalper prices appearing in amazon JP..first time for a macross kit?...😂
