    I'll be waiting for the Clash of the Bionoids 30th anniv BD release with Carl Macek commentary while i enjoy the DYRL PS3 game.... at least that is a guaranteed new experience... no but seriously.... i purposefully haven't watched DYRL in months so i can appreciate the beauty of it on Blu Ray. I think i'll quickly get over whatever minor changes were altered. And i think we all have several previous versions if we want to experience that random decapitated victim or a quick moment of Miriya's brutal assassination kills. I don't even care about the shower scene because wasn't she like 15 or something...

    Not super concerned. There is a DYRL game for the PS3. With a crispy clear version of the DYRL film in a pretty box. Happy 30th Macross franchise. I'll get the ultimate version of the film later.

    OH SH*T!!! Nice! loving this show. Hope it last. My only grief is the lack of the awesome Daft Punk music.

    The ground crew are some of the1/48 Hasegawa navy set A i believe. I've had a few of them. If not for those sets i wouldn't have built my diorarama. Those are awesome.

    DAMN!!! That ep was awesome!! So many levels of hilarious going on. Well done. Considering some of the lame sh*t on Adult Swim, this show should DOMINATE. I think they even have the old Robot Chicken time slot.

    I left my DX in fighter after it started crumbling apart halfway to gerwalk. Working on my 1/72 armored Messiah now.

    I originally heard this was going to be a comedy... i'd rather have a black panther film first.

    but what time frame is it...? Modern day with a lot of flashbacks?

    No desire or interest in these characters, but Marvel hollywood hasn't let me down yet, so i'll wait in see. They said they were gonna go with galactic themes in the next wave of films. If they fight Thanos then i'll be intrigued. More excited for a Black Panther film.

    Indeed. I just see this as another way to celebrate/support the 30th anniversary and re-experience DYRL, this time in a pretty box, to be watched on the big screen on my PS3... Definately more excited about the game then the beloved movie i've memorized scene-by-scene for 27 years. To fly some VF-1's with dual analog blue-tooth controllers will be well worth the price. (No disrespect to the PSP)

    Seems like Macross collectors are just getting shitted on worldwide. Like the manufacturers are really underestimating the lust of the fans all over the globe.

    SO...... in summary: -Bandai is inadvertantly short-stocking online stores to be fair to all of them, while the focus is on the local retail brick-n-mortar shops in Japan? -The few online stores that are restocking are raising their prices because they just will go down the street to buy it from an actual store then sell it to us. -And Bandai being only the manufacturer of Macross DX doesn't push overseas sales as Big West owns the IP & has no interest in overseas sales because of Harmony Gold?
