    I stayed up for an irresponsible amount of time last night and Played Doom Dark Ages, it's frakking fantastic. I'm enjoying it more then Eternal, and as much as 2016. It's not that I didn't like Eternal, it too was near perfection, just in a different way, and Dark Ages just vibes more with me, and I'd say 2016 is still my favorite of the new Doom era. My only downsides would be the mech and dragon sections, they don't offer or demand much from the player, kind of just mindless padding, fun enough and there's tons of spectacle, those sections are just really easy and mostly forgettable.

    Yup, got spoiled with Tom Hardy double duty, he's got the new series on Paramount, and he had a new movie on Netflix. Mobland is great, I miss Taboo.

    I legit forgot she was even in BP 2, yikes. From what I've read this show has been done for years now, they wrapped up years ago and just decided to release it now, that doesn't instill much confidence in the final product, but we'll see I guess.

    This new trailer doesn't do anything for me, it's an apology trailer for the delay, it covers and conveys nothing new. When is the release? How much will GTA VI cost? What about the PC release? How about some actual gameplay? What is the fps target on current-gen consoles? Since it's GTA Rockstar offered nothing new, and didn't need to, the hype train still flying down the tracks.

    The actress for Dina really carries the show now, she's fantastic, Bella is still rather meh as Ellie, but I can deal.

    Grabbed the Jaws set at a local shop on trade, only paid $60 out of pocket. Really, really cool set, agreed with most reviews though, the front of the ship is a headache, and overall, not nearly as stable as I would've hoped/expected. The rest of the build is great though, I'm 3 for 3 on Spielberg Lego sets, just need them to announce that long rumored ET set and I'm good...

    I saw it Saturday and really enjoyed it, I've also watched literally everything MCU up to this point so I was ready for more US Agent, Yelena, Ghost, and Red Guardian. A solid film overall, and some real, actual meat to the credits scenes, I feel that hasn't been a thing for a while because Disney/Marvel had to redo their entire Kang thing, so I imagine for years now the post credits scenes we were supposed to have been getting were all scrapped in favor of what we got, a whole lot of nothing, until now.

    Yeah the level of visceral violence in the second game was nearly a character itself, Ellie and Abby both go to great lengths for revenge, and their path there is frakking brutal. like, put the controller down for an hour brutal.

    I think due to the stupid tariff situation Bluefin/Bandai is hesitant about releasing stuff in the US right now. I was reading lots of different Tamashii Nations stuff isn't popping up on US sites right now, Metal Build Gundam, Figuarts, Monsterarts, Chogokin, etc.

    I don't know, Joel was a solid character, but I just didn't get as attached as others did from the first game, especially at the end, I figured someone somewhere should be wanting revenge, and there you go. I also loved the story of Last of Us 2, I know it's dark, and the message is pretty much revenge is bad and the cycle to seek it never ends, but it made perfect sense within the context of the first game's events. And the Abby "twist" was fantastic, I loved seeing the other side and getting dual protagonists basically being the other character's antagonist, it all worked for me.

    Yeah the Schumacher Bat-Mobiles were never really my thing, but that looks pretty damn good and I may have to bite.

    I was just reading the other day Borderlands 4 may have been in that situation. They had a release date, slightly altered it, and now people are speculating it was to avoid GTA VI, now, doesn't really matter, bummer. Doesn't matter much to me, with how prices are going these days, Microsoft blatantly upping their prices for everything starting this holiday season, thanks Nintendo, I absolutely believe GTA VI will get announced at $90 for the standard edition. Which I will not pay at launch, these price hikes were a long time coming I get it, but it's making me think I'd rather move onto my massive backlog instead of bothering with brand new games for a good while to come.

    I'm just using BBTS, the overseas Japanese sites are too much a crap-show at this point. Everything sells out in seconds, the sites run like crap immediately, pass, I'd rather use BBTS anyway, Pile of Loot is great.

    Knew the reveal and trailer was today, but surprise, surprise, full release is OUT TODAY! Hot damn, I'm downloading this the second I get home, what a nice surprise, loved Oblivion.

    So 845 pieces, in these modern days that's what, $100? My cousin's kid loves K2 and has a birthday coming up, this thing looks perfect, but $100 for such a small set would be a bit of a bummer.

    I think these comparisons are really cool! Overall I'm liking the series, I will never be a fan of the designs but oh well, it's an enjoyable series and I'm hooked, definitely interested in seeing how things end.

    I still don't get how anything other then freshly turned infected can still be alive, unless they evolved to learn the concept of self-preservation these things all should've starved off in the first couple of months at most. The only ones running around should be freshly turned, to which, if older ones should've been long dead how are more people getting freshly infected to keep the population of relevant-threat infected up? These are infected people, not the undead, or zombies, they need to eat, sleep, drink, and they can catch diseases and die. I'm sure it'll be a fun, tense film, but the idea this virus and outbreak lasted this long makes absolutely zero sense if you think about it at all. That one in the trailer that everyone thought was Cillian's character from the first movie is a solid example, how old can that frakker be? It's clearly not a threat, but I'd imagine the vast majority of these things should be in that condition, or once again, long died off.

    I'm in for Luke for sure, looks good to me. And my ESB shelf is pretty barren, just Figuarts Boba, Yoda and a Black Series Viper Droid, could use an actual ESB Yoda and Luke.

    Yeah easy pass on models and Robot Spirits figures, but I love the overall premise, and episode 1 was great so I'm certainly looking forward to more.

    Meh, I'll stick with the new MonsterArts, not a fan of the proportions on this guy, that's a big ol head. And maybe I'm wrong, but did they drop the beam effect from the original release, that isn't even out yet, and include it with this one now instead? Either way, I'm excited for Shimo to drop, that figure looks great, and it's insane Bandai is charging four times as much for their release that looks similarly sized, but with less paint apps?
